Here's an interesting comparison of Draupadi, Rukmini an Radha done by an internet reader:

Draupadi was the highest soul among the three you come with.
Draupadi one of the PANCHA KANYAS.
Draupadi, an ikon of a true Indian woman. Draupadi, the daughter of King Drupada, appears from the yagnyaagni as a full grown, in the bloom of her youth. One can observe that it is always Paramaatma who takes birth and avataaras ("Paritraanaaya sadhunam ..."). However, always Yoga-Maaya (or Shakti) never takes birth, she just appears. It is the same case with Sita devi, Rukmini devi, Draupadi, Maatulungi etc. draupadi was the disciple of Bhagwan Valmiki. One day Bhagwan valmiki was bathing in the lake.He was about to get out and put on his robe but it flew away.Bhagwan valmiki then asked Draupadi to catch this and giv it to his almightyness. She managed to do this and bowed down to Bhagwan valmiki nd gave him the robe.Because Draupadi had helped him Bhagwan Valmiki granted her a boon.Bhagwan valmiki said "tu meri pat takthi mein pat takdu lakh vaar".What Bhagwan valmiki meant by this was that today you have covered me,i will cover you a 100,000 times.

When Draupadi was lost by the pandvas in a bet and won by the kauravas they tried to disrobe her but every time they would try to disrobe her a new set of clothes would come her.The kaurava king tried again and again but no matter how many times he did his he was not able to disrobe Draupadi therefore Draupadi's dignity was saved by The almighty, creator of the universe and all life forms, Bhagwan valmiki.

Draupadi maintained the reputation of her husbands, her parents and parents-in-law. She said, "I was born to the great king Drupada, I have become the daughter-in-law of the world famous king Pandu, I have married the great Pandavas who are proud of themselves and I have given birth to sons who are heroes. How can I be a servant?" These words of Draupadi will move one's heart. She wanted her parents to be proud of her, she wanted her children to feel that they are the children of a great mother, she wanted her husbands to feel that they were married to a great woman and she wanted her parents in law to be proud of her and she wanted to please them. Draupadi herself was always behaving in a manner in which she maintained the reputation of her family and her great country.

Radha was the daughter of Vrishbhanu who was king Suchandra in his previous life. Suchandra and his wife had acquired a boon from Brahmaji that in the Dwapar age Shri Laxmi will be born as a daughter to them in the form of Radha. King Suchendra and Queen Kalavati only were reborn as Vrishbhanu and Kirtikumari and Laxmiji was incarnated as Radha.
It is said that at the time of Radha's birth, Devarshi Narad himself went and met Vrishbhanu and informed him, "This girl's beauty and nature is divine. All the houses, wherever her footprints are, Lord Narayan with all other deities will reside. Nurture this girl thinking her to be a Goddess." According to Naradji's advice, Vrishbhanu nurtured Radha with great love and care. Nandbaba who lived in the nearby village was friends with Vrishbanu. Once during the festival of Holi; Vrishbanu went to Gokul to meet Nandrai. At Nandrai and Yashoda's house Krishna (who was growing up as their son) met Radha. Their union was divine, phenomenal and incessant. This meeting was Radha and Krishna's first meeting which became eternal. Radha's love towards Krishna in the terrestrial or customary meaning is not just the relation between a man and woman. The feeling of this love is divine and phenomenal which gives this love a pious form.

In Hinduism, Rukmini is the principal wife and queen of Krishna at his city of Dwarka. Krishna heroically kidnaps her from an un-wanted marriage at her request (described in the Bhagavata Purana). Of Krishna's 16,108 queens, Rukmini is the first and most prominent. Rukmini is also considered to be an Avatar of Lakshmi, the goddess of fortune.

Draupadi teaches Dharma, family fold, etc.,Radha's character shows what a love means, whereas Rukmini shows divinity.

Rukmini felt crushed by Draupadi's obsession for Krishna. Feeling diminished, she asked herself why she allowed Krishna to go... Why did she not travel with him... why did she succumb to his argument...? Rukmini was filled with self-doubts. It pained her that she didn't value Draupadi sufficiently. For a woman living with five husbands to contain so much love for her husband was quite extraordinary. Unlike other wives, Rukmini did not feel envious of Draupadi, on the contrary she felt overwhelmed by her bonding with Krishna. Krishna would often say, "If we look for specific identities in men and women, men thrive on ego and women on envy. In reality, envy is a passive emotion of ego and ego is an active emotion of envy." Rukmini comprehended why Draupadi was able to survive in love without envy and was therefore in many ways superior to her five husbands. The brothers had been through troubled waters and all of them deep down nursed internal conflicts with regards to her. But rather than aggravate or provoke them, Draupadi retained a rare balance with her wisdom and composure. And it was because she was so committed that they were able to survive so many crises. Interestingly, the one she desired, worshipped and loved the most also remained the only unblemished, unquestioned relationship of her life.
