let me try and pen my thoughts and experience here:

"You started with the hope of entertainment, much like that a good meal would satisfy.

As the scenes played you earnestly searched for something significant, as if seeking a precious gem, with the desperate hopefulness of a miner panning for gold, day in and out, waiting for the big strike.

The world around you slowly drifted away and you started to feel some resonance with the characters and the story became your temporary existence.

It spoke to us on some integral level and nourish us to a deeper level than you can reach with your intellect.

And then the magic struck --- that kind of magic" that resonates with our heart and somehow fulfills a need in our soul --- mirrored in the tears of arjun."

From the moment Krishna said dekho Arjuna -- i was completely gone !!! what was that even? Such beauty -- the play with sudarshan chakra -- and Brahma on the lotus, then Shiva and finally -- Oh God!

Arjunas single drop of tear said it all -- i was shaking like a helpless leaf caught in a storm!
