As Diala said that in KMG it is said that Indra was impressed with Karna's daan and gave him the Shakti astra himself makes this spoiler read-able ( Because it has some base in KMG too ), but why would Arjuna be angry with his father, shouldn't he be happy that Karna is weaker.

The twins gave him medicine and Karna will use this reason when he spares them.

How will karna reach kaurava camp from the river bed
i am sure Ju will carry Ka on his back to the kaurava camp

but as per the spoiler Indra is not giving shakti astra to karna becuase he is impressed but because his son arjuna is angry with him at least that is how i read it

Yes, good point about the twins. But, does it mean Karna's promise to Kunti counts for nothing? I mean, Karna does have another reason to spare YBNS (said reason being they agreed to heal him).

well he will give this as an excuse when kaurava side will be baffled by his actions of sparing pandavas he will give this excuse that they healed me
