howz life been after Mahabharat?
its been great.. i was on my event tour in US. ...immediately after the show got over me and my wifey went to Us..
what was ur fav part being on America?
its been great...i went to San Francisco..near that we covered 17 mile drive.. that was the most beautiful thing i ever saw..

whats the kind of bond u share wid Shaheer?
we had a very good chemistry even off screen..the scene came out as it is..we were like brothers offscreen as well and he's a great guy and it was great working with him and even now we meet..we are in constant touch..
what about the rest of the cast..?
most of them we're still in touch.. while shooting in Umergaon..it was like a family together.. it was like a huge entertaining family..
how did u feel when u were first offered the role of Krishna? did u expect the response u're getting at the moment?
i wasn't so sure myself.. but Siddharth sir had more confidence in me then i had in myself.. but after i got selected,, i started working upon it..
what kind of research did u do for the role?
we had to go through workshops but due to shooting of Mahadev i couldnt attend but apart from that i read a lot of books related to Mahabharat not only to know the story but also to understand the characters..
have u still got lot of ppl cming after u worshipping thinking that u r Krishna?
smtimes such incidents do happen but i dont like to talk abt it. because its like making fun of their sentiments..

do u often write (shayari) in ur free time? (regarding his tweets)
if any thought comes in my mind thats the time i tweet.. but if i have to think n write i wont b able to do it... the thought has to come naturally
do u wanna continue with mytho series or smthng diffn also?
i have no prblm doing mythos.. whichever show is challanging enough for me as an actor i'd do it..

yes.. (he said yes as a whole but when specifically asked about BB he said no.. he was asked this time also bt he dint do it...)

yes..for first few epis i was cos its a big responsibility but slowly i got hang of it..
has the role of Krishna brought any changes in ur real life?
yes.. any character u play changes smthng abt u.. i am much more calm n composed than i used to be..
hows ur bonding wid ur onscreen sakhi and subhadra?
Pooja is brilliant actress.. its her first show.. we did our first shot together and i told my director that u found the best possible draupadi for our MB... shes very hard working n it was priviledge working with her..
about Subhadra.. she's bcome like my real sister..i call her Behen now even after MB..she's a great girl too..
what kind of phobias do u have?
a lil bit of waterphobias may b but i try to win over it..i go jetskiing whenever i go out
wha abt swimming?
i dont know swimming .. so i just try my luck on jet skiing everytime.. (dont worry even i dont know swimming)
are u scared of getting on the jetskiing n thought of falling of it?
i am...but i like to do smthng that i am afraid of with even more energy..
can u share any funny incidents on MB?
there were gyan sequences .. there were ducks and rabbits here n there.. i had to b very careful while walking coz the rabbit n pigeons n ducks shuldnt cm in betwn..n they wuld make noise all the time.. there was a scene when i was next to the river .. afer every dialouge of mine the duck would quack... it was very difficult to say .. coz monoluges r really long and after every two lines there wuld b sound of quack quack...😆but we wuld laugh it all the way through(this was too funny)😆
ur relation with other characters on MB?
mostly my scenes had lot of meaning attatched to it... so i had to concentrate on that particular scene so even when masti was happening i wuld detatch fro it and concentrate on my scene..
ppl smtims thought i dont mingle much but later they understood.. off camera i used to do masti but nt while working..i like to b little seroius when camera is on..
SRJ sang a song(sagar kinare dil yeh pukare).. so u definitely need to listen it once... he has a really lovely voice.. also he recited Yada yada hi dharmasya..
