Didn't she has to save the pride of her Husband and her 5 sons other than Karna??Their birth also would have been a question mark..

Karna was a big lad by then. Nobody questioned Pandavas birth and nobody could have questioned Karna's, who would question Surya narayan himself, as far as I know, Surya was the wisest and the best son of Aditi ( Indra was too a son of Aditi) and from those Adityas all the Deva's were born. ( Not sure on this one ). Nobody would have questioned Surya Narayan himself.

Candid

Why not go for one of the unlimited plans? Where you get a certain speed up to your data limit, and after that, speed falls. I'm not sure whether you're in Kolkata or not, but while I was there, my Airtel bill had just gone up from 500 to 650, but now, the slower fallback speed was 512Mb, and faster one I think was 1Gb or 768Mb.

That way, once you hit your limit, you just need to hit continue under the current plan, and live w/ slower speeds, which are still adequate. Thanks to everybody in I-F going nuts over siggies, particularly AVIs, the data gets eaten faster than Bhima eating Bakasura's lunch. So don't bother paying for refills - just continue on the same plan. This one is for Airtel, but I'm sure that other carriers have similar speed fallback plans once data limit is reached.

This has been the biggest logical beef of mine @ Kunti. She had unlimited private time w/ all her sons. The day after the tournament, she could have taken them aside and told them about Karna, and busted Duryodhan's bubble by telling him that Karna was her son, so if he gave Anga to Karna, the Pandavas and she too would have the right to move in under his protection. That alone would have made Duryodhan withdraw the offer.

Or even after that - she could have told her sons after the house of lac who Karna was, since all of them were in private, and b/w Yudisthir, Bhima & Sahadev, they could have charted out the best course of action. Or even after they became rulers of Indraprastha, she could have told them about Karna and tried reconciling w/ him. At that time, the hatred wasn't too deep, and such a move on her part would have been a win-win for both the 5 Pandavas and Karna.

However, after the game of dice, it was irreversible, given that Karna now had a sin that had to be paid for.

It's simple- she was still insecure. Having a child before marriage and then abandoning him is a big thing. The Pandavas respected her immensely not just because she was their mother but also because she had raised them as a single mother. Revealing about Karna's birth would have made them loose their respect for her

Go to profile and dis-able the banners & avatar showing thing. That thing eats most part of your data plan, without that, I-F does not consume much of the data pack.

trust me, even if you have a 300 MB plan, it wont finish till it expires automatically

Then why fess up & ask Yudisthir to do his water rites after his death? Karna was given a proper cremation like everyone else, his remains immersed in the Ganga and proper shradhs, just like everyone else. All that w/o Kunti telling them a thing. Then why did Kunti feel the need to tell them anything, if she feared that they'd stop respecting him? The thing that Yudisthir was upset about was her letting them be the death of their brother, not her having a son b4 marriage or abandoning him later.

Essentially, Kunti had nothing to lose by leaving Karna's death a secret. Of the people who knew about it, Bheeshma & Karna himself were dead (or close to it, in case of Bheeshma), Krishna, Vyasa & Narada weren't gonna rat about it, having stayed silent all these years: they all respected that it was Kunti's secret. So why did Kunti choose to tell her sons anything about Karna? Even his water rites would have been done by his widows, and he'd still have returned to Surya kund

The scene of revelation IS MUCH BETTER in the OLD Original Mahabharat where Karna asked Krishn, "you knew everything from the beginning, why didn't you tell me so?", "Why are you telling me all this now?"
Here attaching the original scene, it's long but skip to : 5:10 on ward

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q08nRaTrw6w

see there is reasoning, more explaination and discussion
however I do like today's actors but the context was VERY VAGUE. & they speed up for No reason?!

My take on that scene when Krishn said you are kunti's son
they could've shown flash back on how Karna welcomed Kunti the very first time. - Kunti's hug in indraprasth where she was looking at Karna while hugging her sons.

Krishn should've said Ur Jyeshth Pandava
and the flash back (even for 20 seconds) wouldn't hurt of him helping Arjun, Him seeing Pandavas for the first time

Could've BEEN much better, there was NO need for rushing, and it wasn't even convincing of a reasoning what Krishn said in yesterday's episode, "swayam vichar kariyega" like what?? on what?? explain!!!! Like the Old mahabharat scene did explain!
