But ... didn't Dushi paint his face with Abhi's blood (July 14 epi)? There was no humanity then so why bother with humanity now? Is it because the Kauravas are supposed to be evil or something so that the only thing they are capable of is evil stuff, and the Pandavas can't do anything evil.

I personally don't see this as WW on grounds of humanity. I think it's just plain old typical WW / BW -- painting the pandavas as ultimate good and painting the kauravas as ultimate bad.

I was about to watch today's episode on YT after coming home from work, but reading this, as well as Bhima & Draupadi crying over Dushi, I decided to give it a pass.

Let me know if I missed something great.

⭐️Bhima didn't cry over ⭐️Vikarna, but he cried over ⭐️Dushy? How f🤬ed up is that?

And ⭐️Draupadi crying over ⭐️Dushy?

If they didn't want to show Draupadi washing her hair in Dushy's blood, they could simply have not shown it. As it is, neither KMG nor CE mention anything about Draupadi vowing or washing her hair in his blood. Only thing that was there was Bhima drinking Dushy's blood, but even here, since Bhima denied drinking Dushy's blood to Gandhari, they could have just shown him tearing apart Dushy's heart and stopping there.

Thanks for saving me the trouble. So they did manage to ruin Dushy's killing?

Vrish, Bhima was dragging Dushy the way Drau got dragged. It was Drau's dragging / VH taking place in reverse. Drau got her hair wash. But she was shedding tears too.

In the last few minutes, when Bhima was about to drink Dushy's blood, Drau stopped him saying,"Bhai hai vo aapka, aarya..." 😕😕

And then Bhima just couldn't do it, and then he blamed Dushy for turning him into a pishaach.
And then, Bhima started blubbering too...😕

I would suggest you watch the intial part that is good Bhima is in his full form

May just want to skip ⭐️kunti giving lecture to drauapdi that dushy doesn't deserve to die this way

after that it still good just skip the last five minutes

its when all the crying starts

Recommend you watch the epsiode. Drau was shedding a lonely tear over FBs and Bheem cried over what HE was reduced to. Not over Dushy. I liked it. The whole episode was brutal and I am horrified by it as well
In my opinion it was nicely done. If you go to the EDT, you are going to find 2 sets of strong opinions both ways.

first they exaggerated dushy vadh sequence by showing fictional things then all of a sudden decided to tone it down by distorting what actually happened

and why were the others just standing and watching the whole show as if they had nothing else to do?😡😕 I mean.. what is the difference between them and us?😕 Have the rest of the pandavas and Duryodhan etc have also turned into audience?

i dont know why Cv;'s think that crying for your enemies is an act of heroism

why should Bhima cry for the person who tried to strip his wife naked?

why should a woman cry for her molester?

I didn't get this either. Bheema falling on Dushyasan and crying. And Panchali crying for her molester's death. BTW.. a genuine question. Did Panchali really come to the battle field to watch the killing in the actual epic??

shyam@ you are right epic Bhima actually celebrated dushy's death but ⭐️Bhima😡

I am happy that the upapandavas finally are shown in the war but looks like their role is limited to carrying messages (during Drona Vadh) and escorting their mother to the battlefield. 😆

WOW!! What an Episode that was..I was completely Awe struck by the Episode in its entire Entirety! It took me until now to actually come over n write my take on the Episode..so much was the impact it had on me...I took time to let it all sink in...Very Deep n Very Fulfilling! I got reminded of the last such scene we got from this team..the Draupadi Vastra Haran (not the Dice Game)...that shook me from inside and gave me Goose Bumps!! And yesterday's Dusshasan Vadh Episode did just that n More!! I had a lot of expectations from the Episode and frankly, it surpassed all my Expectations!!

I want to First of all, give a Huge Round of Applause to the Entire Creative Team of MB for the Extremely Wonderful work they've done with the Episode!! I Loved the Crisp Editing, The Technical details that were so well mastered, the Script and Dialogue Delivery, The Graphics, The performance of each n every actor in that Episode, The Camera work - Cinematography, the Make-up and Costumes, The sequence of events and of course..the Amazingly re-created exact same parallels between the Vadh scene and Draupadi's VH!! The detailing and entire presentation of the Episode was Fantabulous! Hat's off to this Wonderful Team!! They Rocked it for me!!

I was irked by Kunti though..rather, I hated her in yesterday's Episode!! She is virtually blind & so Oblivious to the Woes, Pain and Insult her Daughter-In-Law has suffered in the open court..its disgusting how she oversaw all that Humiliation that Panchali faced and chose to get into the "Gandhari Jaap" mode yet again!! For me, Kunti represented that section of our society who expect women to forgive and forget any level of insult, pain, injustice and violence that happened...this mentality sucks and sadly a lot of women still follow and inculcate this mentality. If Kunti was really so concerned, why didn't she question her sons when they saw Panchali being humiliated, molested and disrobed in the court? Why didn't she ask Yudhisthir for an explanation when he put his brothers and Panchali at stake during the dice game!? Kunti yesterday reminded me of the Human Rights activists we have today...who do not sensitize, empathize or side the victim of rape but sympathize with the rapist instead, begging the courts to give them an equal chance to fight their case out and even be freed if possible!!

But I really really Loved Draupadi for the way she gave it to Kunti..not a single reaction on her face..cold and emotionless, stern, firm n determined, yet polite Draupadi said: "Aaj main na mata hun, na patni, na behen, naahi putri, sirf ek nyay ki agni hoon or muhje nirdayi banna hi hoga".."Ab Nirdayta hi mera Dharm hai"...Awesome!! Panchali even gave Kunti a subtle reminder of what she had said about only being Death, in the Sabha..Yet Draupadi had a disgust..some kind of repulsion, which was quite natural considering the level of Justice she was going to get. Nyay Ki Agni she was, and the Fire in her so Evident, as the Upapandavs beckoned her to come over the chariot to be taken to the battlefield! Dressed in red, looking at Kalbhairav, Draupadi looked so Elegant, ready for her Pratishod! Pooja was Bang On with her expressions here...every movement of the eye was Superb!! The tone, the dialogue delivery...touched u! I also Loved the camera work when it zoomed and moved towards Kalbhairav, while Draupadi was walking away...representing that it was now time for justice and a woman's insult and humiliation eventually turned her into a swaroop of Ma Kali, who Lord Shiva himself couldn't stop or control till her goal was met and she eventually calmed down..satisfied..

Bhima was wrecking havoc and there was absolutely no force that could stop him..His Rage n Fury at its peak as he beat, banged, dragged and literally ripped Dusshasan apart into pieces..Bhima had the strength of a 1000 elephants they say...and elephants never forget, likewise, Bhim couldn't forget any little moment of the pain, humiliation, molestation that his Panchali went through in the hands of Dusshasan..he couldn't forget how helpless he sat there on that fateful day, witnessing Draupadi's state and wanting to tear up Dusshasan the very same moment..he hadn't forgotten any of his vows taken then...n today it was finally time to avenge Panchali's humiliation..Bhima tortured Dusshasan in exactly the same manner in which he had dared to touch and torture Panchali in the open court at Hastinapur..Bhima gave Dusshasan a slow, and painful death with a strong reminder of the greatest offence committed by the Kauravas in the name of power and lust. Dusshasan was meant to face his worst before death as a grave reminder of the depth of his sins and Bhim gave him just that!!

Bhima's expressions and actions also represented his obsessive love for Panchali. He'd do anything to see justice done unto her! The way he called out to Panchali in the battlefield, as she arrived on the chariot to witness it all n fulfill her Pratishod..Awesome!! Draupadi was Fire, She was a Force, She was Power, She was Shakti...she represented every women who met such worse and Gory levels of Humiliation and Insult and waited for Justice to be done!! The connection between Panchaali and Bhima was Amazing and the final moments of Dusshasan repenting were haunting..shook you actually. This was probably the best episode during the Kurukshetra track after the Gita Gyan..

The pulling of Dusshasan's hair, dragging him along towards Panchali, ripping apart the hands that dared to touch Panchali, beating him up to pulp and then opening up Dusshasan's chest to wash Panchali's hair with it and satisfy her every grief, anger, pain, humiliation and Vow..Bhima was on Fire! Bhima was something else..he wasn't himself..it was like a different Force from the Gods had taken over him!

And all the while, Panchali was equally Fierce..she witnessed Dusshasan meet his worst fate and Gory death ever, paying for all his sins..Loved the expressions and emotions that Draupadi was depicted going through...those Eyes said it all..a sense of satisfaction to see her wrong doer getting punished aptly..Strength and determination...rage and pain at the same time and a reminder of the grave humiliation she once went through in the hands of Dusshasan..anger and regret!! I can imagine what Draupadi must have gone through on the day of her VH and then on this day as she saw her wrong doer being punished before her eyes..

I Loved every bit of the scenes where Draupadi stands before Dusshasan, n he sees her while a tear drop from her eyes falls on his forehead, like she was finally putting an end to his plea for death, like she was wishing him a peaceful sleep after paying for all his sins..I Loved it when Bhima calls on Panchali to fulfill her Pratishod..where Draupadi seats herself beside Bhima and he smears blood on her head, the blood trickling down her forehead near her eyes..Loved the way Bhima was rubbing all that blood into her hair and running his blood filled hands through her locks..Bhima was only rage while Draupadi expressed satisfaction, and pain at what the entire justice left behind..some Harsh Truth..Dusshasan saw all of that and he felt a strong sense of repent and humiliation..he seemed like he was seeking Draupadi's forgiveness that only she could read from his face..that scene came off so well..and I Loved the way the camera focused on Panchali's eye...blood in it, and trickling down her cheeks along with tear drops..a gush of emotions running through her, yet as strong as Ma Durga herself!

I also Loved the expressions on the faces of each of the Pandavs as they witnessed Bhima avenge Draupadi's Humiliation..Yudhi, Nakul, Sahdev, and Arjun remembering Pancahli's pain n humiliation n now feeling satisfied watching her finally get justice...his eyes as determined as Panchali's, feeling every sense of her emotion as well..and a tear in his eye as he saw Draupadi fulfilling her Pratishod..

Loved the expressions on Govind's face..He was satisfied that justice had been done to His Sakshi and He wanted all her humiliation, pain insult and anger to get washed away in that blood and her tears..Govind felt every emotion that His Sakhi was going through..He knew how much Panchali had suffered and how much peace this was going to restore back in her. Also Loved Govind's expression as he watched Duryodhan break down watching Dusshasan's Gory fate..it was like Govind was saying: "See what this war has led to..Justice will always prevail and so will Truth and Dharma..your Brother is paying for his sins and now you feel the pinch of it all..this was bound to happen..if only you had decided to adopt the path of Righteousness..at least after ample warnings if not from the very beginning.." Wasn't that what Govind had expressed after Draupadi's VH scene too..talking of how the Torture and Humiliation of women, their disrespect will eventually lead to the downfall of the society, a Gory end and War..destroying lives and Loved ones in the process..unless man woke up to it all, corrected himself and took up the path of Dharma..

Loved the expressions on Karna's and Mamshri's face..they couldn't bear to see Dusshasan in that state..and Duryodhan could barely balance himself on two feet with support..he fell to the ground and broke down watching the Gory death of his brother before his eyes..

Further, Draupadi does not shed tears until she comes near the vegetated body of Dusshasan..She doesn't look away when Dusshasan is being thrown around nor does she flinch when his arm is being ripped from his body or has his chest torn apart in the hands of Bhima..As she walks towards the body there is no hesitation or emotion in her face..once she comes near the battered body of Dusshasan and remembers the words from her Pratishod, she sheds some tears..those tears represented a sense of satisfaction, a sense of pain remembering what she went through, tears representing anger and regret, those tears were for the brutality of the result that was a consequence of the horrendous act that Dusshasan performed...it was definetly not a sign of any weakness..but she was human afterall, a woman at that and as her Pratishod got fulfilled and justice was done, she tears up with Bhima pouring blood on her head..she was thinking of the the price everyone had to pay for justice and restoration Dharma..

Bhima was Barbaric..he wasn't himself..he was possessed and in a state of Trans..some strange powers had taken over him as he fulfilled Draupadi's Pratishod and moved to drink Dusshasan's blood..Draupadi knew Bhima was in a different state of mind completely and she didn't want him to take it further by drinking his brother's blood...justice had been done...her Pratishod fulfilled and Dusshasan had met the end he deserved..that was enough..glad they kept the human side of it intact..Draupadi's Pratishod itself was Gory enough..I wanted to see Draupadi rise above it all on the fulfillment of her Vow and satisfaction of the humiliation..and I was glad when she made a brief remark about Dusshasan being Bhima's brother and asked him not to go ahead with drinking Dusshasan's blood with just Eye-talk. That shook me again...Bhima truly had turned demonic to bring on justice to Panchali, and it was only Panchali who could stop and calm him down..none other could dare to do it..and Bhima obliged to Panchali..it was like Panchali brought him back to earth, shook his human soul back into him and snapped him out of the trans and possession. I Loved the way she shook her head to stop Bhima from drinking up the blood..Draupadi was the right concoction of Compassion, Anger, Revenge, Forgiveness and Strength. It was moving to see Bhima actually breakdown after that, at the end of it all, his Pishach dialogue was poignant for me..like he had ended up representing everything which he hated in Dusshasan..and he held on to his brother and cried..to everyone else's pain and relief as well..

Even Dusshasan was in Awe of Draupadi as she stopped Bhima from drinking his blood...he wondered how she can still be so Forgiving towards him, for all that he had done to her..he was repenting every bit..and it was only after that Forgiveness he recived from her through yet another Wonderful Eye-Talk between him and Draupadi, did he breathe his last and leave his body..

The eye-talk between Draupadi and Duryodhan as Bhima washed her hair with Dusshasan's blood was Amazing..it said so much with no need for words!! Brilliant..

Loved the last bit where Draupadi gets back into the Strong, Fearless Ma Durga Avatar..the Woman on Fire as she screamed at Duryodhan for being responsible for the Gory end of Dusshasan and all the other Kauravas as well..You felt a turmoil inside when she went: "Dhikkaar hain tumpe Dritharashtr putron..Hastinapur ke Yuvraj...Dekho aapke adharmon ke phal ko.." Draupadi was Fire in that scene...n I Loved Duryodhan's expressions in that scene..

My writing won't be justified if I didn't write a note of Appreciation about the actors..the Rockstars of the Day were obviously Pooja and Saurav!!

Pooja looked Drop Dead Gorgeous in every bit, every scene of the Episode!! Her Eyes are so Divine!! I Love and am amazed at how much she can do with those eyes!! She doesn't need words for Her Eyes can speak Volumes!! Just how Beautiful she looked..her hair loose and flowing, a Bright Glow in her body..the Apt Dialogue delivery, the expressions and Body language..the costume, with the red vail dragging along with blood stains..Aww...Pooja is a Marvel!! I can't stop appreciating about this Actor Par Excellence!! She rocked it completely!! Love her to Bits!! She looked different..like some Supreme Power brought out a different and Divine strength and beauty in her!! And I was Amazed at just how Super Stunning she can look in every frame and every expression..even with blood smeared all over her hair and face!! I seriously think Pooja should get her Eyes Insured!! She is a Fantabulous and Ace actor and I seriously think that we couldn't have got a Better person to play Draupadi!

Saurav..he was the Man! Can't believe he isn't even an actor!! What Compassion, Rage, Fury and Wrath he represented as Bhima!! Amazingly convincing!! You felt every bit of his anger inside you...he made you Love Bhima...he made you feel that if you ever got married, your husband should Love you the way Bhima Loved Panchali...doing justice to her Pratishod and How!! Hat's off to Saurav...he deserves so much accolade for this Stunning performance he gave..loved the Mix of emotions he had to portray and the complete justice he did to it!!

Nirbhay...Man!! The beaten up, battered, bloody Dusshasan paying for all his sins..how much more Convincing could Nirbhay make this for us?? He was Bang On with every bit of Emoting and his Dialogue delivery Rocked!! He emoted with such ease and excellence, the fear of death, the pain of being ripped apart, the repent for what he did to Panchali and the asking of Forgiveness from her before the end of his character!! I was Amazed and applauding his Emoting skills yesterday..considering the fact that we got to see him swishing his Locks and Smirking through most of his scenes so far! Nirbhay Nailed it Completely...he made you hate Dusshasan and that itself implies he has done justice to his character!! Kudos...he will Missed on the show!! I will Miss his Shiny Silky Straight hair that I always envied..

Praneet, Aham, Rohit, Vin, Lavanya..Loved every bit of emoting too! No words to mouth..but the rage, and pain all represented so well with their expressions, those eyes and the body language!! Great going Guys!! You Rocked it!!

Arpit..he deserves a special mention here! I was Amazed at the level he took Duryodhan to yesterday..with such Ace emoting and representation of every bit of emotion that his character was going through..Well Done!! I actually felt for Duryodhan because Arpit was so Convincing...those rage, tearful, fearful and break down scenes, the balancing of himself on his two feet...all of that came out so Well!!

Saurabh..do I even need to talk about the Excellence of this actor? I Loved his Body Langauge..his every expression as Govind saw Dusshasan meet his rightful fate, His Sakshi Panchali finally get justice and Duryodhan break down before his dying brother..His Eye-talk has always Amazed me and yesterday it was Bang On yet again!! His presence is always so so Magnificient and Evident just like Govind! Couldn't have asked for more!!

Shaheer..so little of him yesterday yet he left an Impact...Loved him as the Arjun watching Panchali finally get her justice...Shaheer representing satisfaction at that, a state of shock to see the brutality of the death, the tear drop in an eye..and a mixed bag of emotion...all of it was Perfect through his Eye-Talk and Emoting!! Shaheer Nailed it completely in that scene..

All in all a Super Rocking Episode!! Frankly, after watching all the repeats of the Episode, I strongly wish to see every man who rapes, eve-teases, humiliates, tortures, insults, and molests a woman..meet a Gory end and a Horrendous fate like this!! Call me sadistic or a Feminist, but only then will true justice prevail to a Woman for all the physical and mental trauma that a Victim of such incidents goes through..its unexplainable and can't be felt by anyone else but the Woman who has borne it all..Sadly, our Society is far too Democratic and Forgiving...not to the Woman, but to the people who involve in such Heinous Crimes!! Sad but True..

We Women may not have Bhima or Govind to save us and do justice..guess its time that we turned into Bhima, Govind or Ma Durga ourselves and work collectively, helping one another..to eventually try putting an end to all this!! But I want to thank the CVs of MB for at least trying to drive home a point through your Episodes, hoping it will at least make people stand up and think and even change if possible!

I have not seen the episode, but this entire treatment of Dushy vadh from what I gather is again churlish with respect to the context and setting. These people are hot-blooded and hot-headed warriors, given to brash reactions and hair-splitting violence. Why would they mourn the fact that they have been reduced to brutality, especially Bheem? I can see Yudi that way-but Bheem and Draupadi?

We as audience members can probably reflect on how revenge turns even good-hearted people into monsters, where just killing the perpetrators isn't enough, but to expect the same of the characters is just neglecting the context in which the war is taking place.
