star MB the MB i was really excited to watch after seeing old MB but i must say it has failed to show some important facts of MB
star MB's major problem is favoritism towards arjun!
woah woah woah!!!! don't jump on the conclusion i know shaheer is damn cute,and yes arjun was a pivotal character but isn't it unfair not to show some of the important facts like bheem killing bakasur,duryodhan eve teasing a tribal woman and pandavas saving him, and please ok fine i agree these are not related to kurukshetra yudh at all but atleast for agyatvaas why on the earth he pretended to be a woman? for once but yes he did get a curse after meeting lord shiva he went to indralok and after denying Uruvashi for having a relation (you know which) he got a curse to be a eunuch for a year!
couldn't they just show the curse part why simply because arjun got it!😲
they can't even tolerate that arjun got a curse,when they can show bheem as not so intelligent person (which is not true),when they can show karna getting curse by Lord Parshuram,
then why not arjun's curse it was an important detail
this is what i don't like about Star MB favoritism MB was not only because of kauravas everybody had an equal hand in it and got the punishment equal to their crime
this is star MB's major problem partiality
P.S.- I am not against arjun I really like Shaheer a lot infact he was the one due to whom I started liking arjun's character he has given it a new dimension but favoritism is not a way to show him the hero
arjun kisike favoritism ka mahutaaj nahi hai! he doesn't need all that i think MB should treat every character equally!😊

star mb major problem is they mess everything! till nw I too thought they favored arjun but what kind of favoritism is this that they cut his real scenes or real battle?most of the time "sorry" bulwate rahte h. bheem se to inki janmo ki dushmani h.pata ni bheem ne inke sath aisa kya kiya h ki inhe uska valor dikhane me problem hoti h. bichara epic karna ro raha hoga ki inhone mere jause strong character ka halwa bhaji bana diya. yudhishthir phoolo ki barish kar rahe honge upar se.kunti mata ati prasann aur proud hogi ya ho sakta h gussa bhi ho ki "main to itni rotlu ni thi.yaha to humesha main aansu bahati rahti hu.

Black bold - Itna favoritism hai ki epic Arjuna ko milaa hua shraap bhi nikaal diya CVs ne

Red - Comedy nights with ⭐️Bhim

Blue - ⭐️Karna Pandavas ke liye aansoo bahata hai, aur epic Karna apne character butchering ke liye aansoo baha rahaa hai...

Green - Agreed.

Epic Yudi would be mighty pleased with his ⭐️ counterpart. Or maybe not, because ⭐️Yudi's behaviour would be too shocking for epic Yudi.

Pink - Epic Kunti would want to give danda treatment to CVs

Another problem is that they dont know - or dont want to know that which character should be given how much importance in a particular event.

It happens with all of them -- Arjuna, Duryodhana, Karna, Krishna and obviously Bhishma..

Like where Bhishma does not have much role, they show him so much and when he should be given credit they take it away and give it to someone.

Arjuna in Lakshagrah, in Vidarbha to help Krishna etc.

Krishna in Panchal to attack drupad, not in battle with Indra etc.

Duryodhana threatening suicide after Swayamvara etc.

Karna not defeated or participating at all in Drupada war, Karna in IP

Bhishma during VH, Bhishma in Dwarika etc.

I second most of your thoughts shristhi.I think the major problem with CVs is whitewashing.They whitewashed Kunti and all her sons including the jyeshtesth...People say that Arjun is their favourite in that case I would ask why do they mess up all his acheivements(They messed up khandav dahan and his fight with shakra)They never showed his love story with Subhadra .They might have thought it would effect his patniwratha image.They might have thought the same and didnot show the Gandharva yuddh.Then there was no Indralok track they didnot want to show him as Eunuch but the fact remains that it would have only enhanced his character as a person with utmost self control.They glorified him by showing him as dharmraj by sparing jayadrath which is very very annoying.They messed up his lovestory,khandav dahan andyuddh with Meghawat.I donot understand one thing How can they ruin their favourite character ?????and poor bheem no bakasur no keechak and also Arjun played his role during lakshyagraha .Arjun's presence was not required in Rukminiharan yet he was there but during Subhadra haran madhav and mamashree shared screen space and sizzling chemistry.Arjun was a warrior with utmost pride attitude valor and was very impulsive and his character is ruined which is annoying...

they had to show Karna and Bishma curse because the said curses lead to their deaths, Arjuns curse was a boon in disguise.

For me the problem with Star MB are as below :

1. They are on a vow to end the Epic MB within 1 year, whereas shows like Yeh Rishta or Diya Baati or 20 other shows are running since years !! 😡

2. They think they will modify MB stories as per their own wishes to make it eye-catchy and to increase TRP, whereas the fact is, the epic ITSELF has the GREATEST PLOTS OF ALL POSSIBLE PLOTS of any stories Indian Tele can ever have ! 😡 Dont need to be creative you Creatives, just COPY the original stories properly !

3. They have done pathetic work with Karna's character, and also Duryodhana's.. Both are Grey Characters, but here OMGGG !! The less said the better !!

And many more from Story Perspective, but mostly due to character assassination !! 😒

they have completely whitewashed yuddi character. if there is one pandava who people hate the most will be clrealy epic yuddi as he staked his kingdom, brothers and wife..

none of them in dice hall neither gave idea nor forced yuddi to bet his brothers.

yudi has lost all material property hence he staked his bros.

when shaguni suggested draupadis name yuddi thought the way the gambler way. he got one more chance last chance to play hence he staked drau to get back lost things.

but star yuddi was forced to staked his bros and wife.

Arjun and 'favoured' one here!?😲 TM, this must be in sarcasm, right? In which case u r right..

- How else would his every single tracks are conceived so muddled or confused ?

- Or, each of them either modified, altered or scuttled. (to 'preserve' some certain 'Dignitaries')😕

- For example- they became so cautious about A and D- perhaps after hearing some initial taunts on 'why he is priority love for Draupadi', that they have stopped scripting them together (other than some phish, phush)

- Speaking of Arjun tracks- Most (and this is not a place to list them all, I suppose) are given a bye (more than that of any other character).

But diagnosis is correct. 'Favouritism' has set the rot. Not only it destroys creditability but also shreds the in-built coherence of the Original in to pieces. So what is favouritism?

- To emphasise a normal trait of a particular character to the sky-high praise.

- To emphasise a situational tragedy to the status of an epochal injustice that justifies all the faults (of favourite).

- To emphasise most minor characters related to a 'favourite' into icons of virtues! And fill up reams of screenplay with their most fictional tracks, incidentally, pushing the important original tracks out from the script- as you have complained.😲

But even more damaging- shifting the 'emphasis' when it was indeed there! -bold and rampant altercations about 'misdeeds' of the favourites (to preserve the 'aura');

- Make him say and do completely opposite to the misdeeds that were actually undertaken. (Lakshagruh)

- Remove him safe in the corners of an unpleasant scenes. Or Make him completely 'disappeared'.

- Assign his unavoidable atrocious deeds to someone else.

List is long.

But we could have fair idea of 'favouritism' and how it has hogged the script. And sagged it limpid.🤢
