Drutarashtra was really mean

They really showed Drutarashtra in a very bad light when they showed him shouting at Draupadi and calling her Dasi and she should obey the Boss's orders. I felt that was totally unnecessary and I don't such a thing was there in original story. It was him after all, who finally gave back everything that Pandava's lost. He was supposed to have been in tears to visualize all this when it was happening. So I think the CVs have gone overboard a bit here. I wonder how it was shown in BR Bharat. Any comments?
