Siddharth Kumar Tewary's Mahabharat' this week is going to move towards the most important scene in the history of the great epic, known as Draupadi's cheer-haran (disrobing).

After losing his most valuable asset - Draupadi - to the Kauravas - Yushistir will find himself helpless before the vile sons of King Dhritrashtra.

To take due advantage of the dire state of the Pandavas, Duryodhan, Karna and Shakuni will order Dushasana to drag Panchali in the Kuru court. And then, they will all begin the epic act of disrobing the chaste and virtuous Yajnaseni before her royal in-laws and heartbroken husbands.

We put together some of the pictures of Draupadi's cheer haran that is due to be aired on the show. We strongly feel that Pooja Sharma as the battered wife of the Pandavas looks very convincing and real in the shots. What say, readers?

Folk tales says that raksha-bandhan began from them. The duppatta Panchali ties on Krishna is like the rakhi and Krishna takes the pran to protect her always. The sakha-sakhi are termed as bro-sis at a lot places.

@rush it is actually true krishna and draupadi are brother and sis only because they are the incarnation of vishnu nd parvati (kali the destroyer) so they both r bro nd sis nly they both are dark and extremely beautiful and charming they both have one motto to keep up the perishing dharma and destroy the sinners though I wud love if they have just kept it as true friendship
