Seriously, if the wrestling thing went on for 14 or 21 or 23 days, what else Krishna-Arjuna could have been doing than making the food supply scarce in the kingdom?

He even helped Bheema in the later days, telling him with a stick to break jarasandh in two pieces and throw in different directions. He could have just told him before or the day Bheem went to fight but NO! He waited for so many days.😆😆 What does that tell you??😉😉
