After I've seen it, FINALLY! :D This is what I understood.
Krishna was talking about the whole wedding process as being adharm. Well he actually meant, marrying a woman against her wishes to one or many (the number here is not important) is adharm. Draupadi in the show, wants to marry Arjun, the man who won her hand and her heart. But she tells Kunti that the later's innocent word vomit will be considered her fate and she will go on with it by marrying all her sons.
And thus, Krishna says that marrying Draupadi to all the five brothers, even though she doesn't like it, is adharm and NOT that she is a woman and is marrying five men.
