Why cant we add the name Mrityunjay Karna, or the one who alone has the 5 qualities of pandavas ( if someone can make a name out of this )

watcher.. poll is about whether 'Karna' should always be a part of the name.. or if we are ok without Karna also.. eg. Radheya Vasusena instead of Radheya Karna
