I have never heard that Vrushali-Karna lived in Anga. Its true that our Radheya had ruled Anga but he mostly spent his time in hastinapur with Duryodhan and Vrushali.

Yaa,Karna had a good system of messengers...which were spread to Anga from HP...Though Karna rarely visited there,so their messenger told everything happening to him...And a special minister was there to carry out all the functions there...
