Some notes about Monday's episode:
1) In the beginning, Krishna said in a normal voice that he will need both Draupadi and Arjuna ... now assuming the scene was the same: we have Drona within earshot, probably a few soldiers nearby who could have heard it, and Dhristi who wasn't too far. Bhim gets angry and was like I'll uproot all these trees (even though they got a taste of the Mayavi forest) ... genius- By the time Arjuna comes back with Hidimbaa, Bhim seems to have uprooted only one tree. and that tree never moved back lolHow did Arjuna accomplish something like that in so short a time??3) It looks like Drupad has a change of heart since Draupadi was willing to give up her life to protect her father .. so what has Shikandini been doing all along? Was she just going to war and fighting before anyone got to Drupad for shits and giggles? Wasn't she sacrificing her life for the protection of her father?another genius move by the CVs..4) The way they made Bhim obsessed about Hidimbaa was very annoying. The eating scene was ok, but I didn't find it as funny as I did it irritating.Tuesday's episode::Now we know that Dhristi will kill Drona not out of anger, but to liberate him from some tension ... so what will their reaction be when the vastraharan takes place ... now that Drona is Drupad's friend again, wouldn't it be proper to say something when his friend's daughter (and in those times a friend's daughter was like one's own daughter) is getting disrobed or was his loyalty to the Kauravas too great for his friend, who btw seemed to have the greatest importance in his life.2) Ok, I have to ask -- has Draupadi's voice changed?? I don't like it one bit. It sounds so dry :(3) Since we are on Draupadi, she said she came back to save her father ... and then proceeded back to the mountain where IIRC she wasn't going to commit suicide... if she wasn't going to commit suicide, why does she put herself in those types of situations..4) How can Arjun, while sleeping, be able to hear a lady crying, but while on guard and when his senses should be the sharpest, how can he not hear the rustling of the leaves on the ground as a body is dragged by it... And why did they show Yuddhi guarding too :( Now it seems like wherever Arjuna is , Yuddhi will also be there sharing that same frickin look ... just like how both Yuddhi and Arjuna exchanged a look multiple times while Bhim and Hidimbaa were eating ..5) I think I've figured out why they always have Drupad screaming - his normal voice sounds pretty weird (no offense to the actor); and even after such calmness in his voice, he started screaming again when he heard about Draupadi going to that cliff or whatever ...6) Why was Drupad so silent when Krishna was lecturing to him. I mean ... his usual fit and tantrum for not only losing the battle against one gada of Krishna (which barely let out a sweat) but also losing in front of Drona should have been there. His disappointment in Dhristi should have also been there since he couldn't do a simple task. I guess since Krishna won, he got to tell Drupad off?
Agree with you on all points. I guess this is the writers' feeble attempt to give Yudisthir some more footage, the writers seem to come back to their senses once in a while lol.😉 Even if he's not leading the pandavas, he can atleast help Arjun in keeping a lookout 😕 Too bad, he's reduced to doing such things.
