Duryodhan may have been arrogant, but he should not have been shown to mistreat Brahmins, nor did any Kshatriya - if not anything, then simply out of fear. Brahmins were considered as intermediary between gods and humans and Kshatriyas always made it a point to keep them appeased lest face the wrath of gods upon their kingdoms. Here they show Duryodhan as a pure villain who enjoys humiliating everyone but himself, even laughing at Karna behind his back.

Also with continuing overdose of sweetness of Karna they are going to have a hard time justifying his vile acts later on, that is if they at all plan to show them.

they are shy of many things and hide them which they assume it will be unacceptable to the audience.. i dont know why they think the audience to be so dumb and sensitive to accept difference in lifestyle of a different time..

true.. After Drupad it is Duryodhan.. Brahmans those days are known for their ability to curses aren't they? here Brahmans are equivalent to poor people nothing more..

I believe Dury laughing behind Karna will not continue.. last few episodes they seem to be in better relationship than before.. also yesterday Karna addressed Dury as tum.. so hope things will be better..

swayamvar insult should be the last chance for them to show Karna's bitterness.. else they will have to look for some crazy fictional story again..

These CV's are giving headache day by day not only they are distorting the story even main characters as well . Like showing Arjun as most intelligent of all and also he giving instruction his elder brothers!! Showing Karana as very soft, sensitive person and Dhuryaodhan as a villain in every sense. And even lord Krishna's character is distorted he is acting like God while he never did that he was just like any other human.. though he knew things yet he kept it to himself but here they showing something else.

True.. No character is rightly done.. I think only Dushasana's character is rightly done so far 😆.. because in real also he had no individuality so their job is easy with him 😆

Well regarding karna and arjun's meeting

First let me talk from Karna's perspective yes karan was bitter but majorly towards Pandavas and Drauapdi and that to with some reason he wasnt rude and bitter to everyone he meet.Hence yesterday he had no reason to be bitter to a Brahmin who needed help whom he didnt even know so there was no reason to be rude or insensitive towards a Brahmin.Karan didnt know he was arjun for karna he was only some Brahmin.Hence him smiling and helping a Brahmin wasn't out of character yes if knowing that Brahmin was arjun he would have done that i would have said its our of character not in this case

Arjun i think was just caught in the moment he was just touched by karna's act which he didnt expect from karna he got a see a different side to him hence smiled.

Regarding character distortions yes i agree some characters have been demeaned alot in compariosn to the epic like yudi and Bheem while some charcters have been over glorified in comaprison to the epic like kunti and arjun.I really dont want Karna to join the overglorified list.Till now Karna as been ok becuase i dont expect him to be rude and bitter with everyone he meets only panadavs and draupadi.Regarding his vile acts i really hope they dont tone it down to make him seem to be a good guy.I like Karna just the way he is in the epic i dont want any of his wrong doings to be done away with to over glorify him.But i dont think they have done that till now

One thing I've noticed - the CVs like stereotyping characters. Like whenever Subhadra & Arjun were together, they'd always do something related to dodging vyuhas, which is really a crass tease on the circumstances in which their Abhimanyu died.

Similarly, this is the 2nd time they've shown Karna pulling out a wheel, and this time, Arjun making a metaphor of it. In which case, why couldn't they show the incident where Karna killed a brahmin's cow, and got cursed that his chariot wheel will sink and he'd be killed while trying to pull it out? Or will they show it later, and negate Karna's abilities to pull out wheels? B'cos this incident took place when Karna was still under Parashurama's tutelage.

Sabhayata: you put that nicely.. Yes too early to say Karna is being glorified.. but it is a tight situation already.. am afraid if they will hide his otherside.. they have done to many, so I doubt if they will spare Karna.. fingers crossed..

I think they will show yesterday's episode flashback via Arjun on Karna's last day 😕
