I can't say about the characters of this Mahabharat but characters both Arjun and Karn of Real Mahabharat were great, brave, bold, honest, sophesticated, educated, learned, dignified had great self respect as well as respect for all the people.

Here both the characters are being shown as snobs, egoistic, cheap, undignified and ofcourse spoilt brats thru n thru

exactly!!..i completely agree with it...they have described the good and the evil side of human nature...
its sort off a lesson to us..

Mahabharat tells us that there were many others who were better archer than arjun but they couldnt win...
Arjun got accomplishment coz he always followed right thing
