what Madhu did was wrong she shouldn't have said this to her friends its not news to sell its someones life and so many lives will get effect if the news comes out,
already Sultan is not leaving any chance to become king if he knows about this surely he is going to take advantage,
Dipali if she is after Rk becoz he is next king if she knows about this then she will leave Rk and go to Sultan,

But villains are everywhere so I think this secret is gonna get publish everywhere and madhu will have to take the blame
