You are right she was wrong in this situation and she almost got suspended for her behavior but he gave her another chance after his father advice

About their conversation in this episode I don't think she was wrong in it they just started to know each other more and got closer more and more and she started to talk with him little freely but she never talked with him baldy

Madhu lied to RK that she doesn't hate him but because of him she doesn't want to work in kundra hospital.

She couldn't tell him the truth she would never want to hurt him even if she hates him
