If you are new to the forum, then welcome.

I disagree. Her roles from Muskaan to Geet to Madhu are completely different. About her new show character, it seems different from the promos, but then let's see if she actually will be once the show starts. I think you are confusing her characters being the same with her shows being the same genred such as romance/drama or/and comedy which makes you think her roles are same, but they aren't. Muskaan was very different from Geet, and Geet was very different from Madhu. The only similarity between Muskaan and Geet were being bubbly, but even that was done very differently as both characers were poles apart. And, the similarity between Geet and Madhu were their looks or Salwar Kameez and their hair style.

I really did not want to make a comment on this post but I felt it was necessary.

So obviously this is where all the DD bashers have come to.

Why is no one asking the same question regarding Vivian?

Look I am a fan of BOTH actors. I cannot stand to see such a mean post about either of my favorites.

But the reality is very simple: there are not that many strong female characters out there. Look at the new shows coming in.

I do not want to see EITHER Drashti or Vivian in some mahabarat historical drama. God save me from that!

And pls no Saas bahu conflicts either!

So there goes 80% of what is being shown on television now a days.

So many 'fans' wanted Madhubala to end so that their fav can move on to something better. Be careful what u wish for.

Well Vivian is on Jalak and we all know our sweetheart does not stand a chance of winning against Ms Popular.

And Drashti is on another show which hopefully will give her a strong character.

I will be watching both shows and neither will fade from my heart that quickly.

Omg what small minded thinking. Give her chance to shine again. Marriage does not stop you from getting on with your job. Again why is there nothing about Vivian . Personally I like both actors and they were fab. In madhubala. Good luck to them both in the future . Will always be a fan of both Drashti and Vivian .

I think whtever wrk DD has done till date was different frm one another...alteast the character of geet was much different frm th of Madhubala...But basically all the tele heroines hav the same kind of job to do...non of the leading lady roles in television r much differnt frm one another...Only thing u cn hope fr is somethng nw and differnt wth the story of the shw through whch u cn see the best and differnt wrk of the actor...So may be the nw role dsnt look impressive but u have to wait for the shw to to say if the charactr is really differnt or nt...😊

^Even then I see television experimenting into different kind of shows and finite series too.They are a pearl in the vast sea but still many contemporaries are working in those.Maybe she is not getting those offers like many others.Personally,I think its better to do no work than doing repetitive things in case of actors. But then like someone mentioned they need to get their bread and butter(which I'm sure she must be getting otherwise)..so in her case its wine and sandwich.

So all the DD fans do you get this now?She's working as a professional like how bankers,entrepreneurs,cooperate bunch do their job taking back her salary home.Fans or no fans dont really matter.
