I think Trishna was angry with Madhu for ruining her chances to become a heroine, not realising when she did have a chance earlier she forgot the lines in the audition when Roma took her for an audition but then she yelled at RK, Trishna did, revealing the reason why Madhu would not leave everything and go away with him when he put the love test to her. This is when RK decided to help Madhu and he told Bittuji that I had put a block on Trishna and all doors were closed to her, you see Trishna yes was jealous of her sister for marrying RK and perhaps having a clear door for herself to be a heroine rather than all this good fortune happening to her but at the same time she was angry at her sister for causing a problem for her entering as a lead actress with the initial squabble with RK, when Mukund and his family were willing to take the money and RK was also offering her a film Madhu was still proceeding with her FIR on RK for drunk driving hit and run case, which caused all doors be closed to Trishna, you see RK pulled out of the project with her and she started crying and tearing all the snapshots.

So when Bittuji approached her with a offer and a new producer was willing to take her on a project she knew RK was behind it. At the meeting with BSC when he was luring her to accept the project and gave her the signing amount of 25 lakhs, she initially didn't want to take the project despite it being her dream she recognised him but she thought he didn't know her, but I explained above how he knew who she was when Bittuji took him to the chawl but I felt Trishna at that meeting with BSC was initially refusing as she thought RK was doing some game with her similar to what she was warning Madhu he was doing with her, by the way she was proved right when Madhu was brought back to the chawl, that everything she was warning Madhu was true but she was a good sister to Madhu and didn't tell her, I told you so, instead she consoled Madhu and also when Madhu was saying she hated RK now, Trishna is the one that insisted for Madhu to look deeper at her feelings for RK does she really hate him or she loves him still. But Trishna blamed it on RK because she knew by Bittuji arranging about the film that RK was behind this all new project.

After the story was finished I always found it odd that Madhu accepted the role later to be the heroine because she knew how much Trishna wanted to be a lead actress and after showing her unable to move on initially with the love test now they made Madhu forget all about Trishna and take the project herself. At least she could have insisted for her sister to have an audition but no. Out of the serial of course they showed the actress who played Trishna said they were calling her most of the time only for a few days (3 at the most) and then for 3 months no use for her character so she was not willing to come for a little bit of money for a few days and then a hiatus. But this all didn't do any favours on the character of Madhu, made her look selfish not to keep pursuing some chance for her sister to enter bollywood in a leading role as having grown up with her she knew this was a her dream.
