Balaji Telefilms' popular show 'Jodha Akbar' starring Rajat Tokas and Paridhi Sharma on Zee TV is all set to bid adieu. The show which was a work of sheer brilliance has lot it's spark and the channel has decided to pull the plug.
According to the latest buzz, Sphere Origins' upcoming show 'Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani' starring Drashti Dhami, Siddhant Karnick along with Anita Raj, Surekha Sikri, Darshan Zariwala, Pawan Mahendru, Akshay Anand, Parul Chaudhry etc will take up the 8:00 PM slot.
If reports are to be believed Ekta Kapoor's historical drama will go off air next month and 24th July is expected to be the last airing date of the show. Naturally 27th July in all probability will mark the entry for the unique love story aka Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani, set up in the era of India's pre-independence
