Zee TV's upcoming show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani is creating quite a buzz. As this will mark the comeback of Drashti Dhami post her marriage and Siddhant Karnick is back after a break. Fans of both stars have been showing their excitement via social media.
The show appears to be all set to start in a very grand way. What caught our attention was a picture posted by the creative head Ketaki Walwalker which shows a book.

This makes us intrigued that it may be possible that the story line of Ek Tha Ek Thi Rani is based / inspired by the life of Gayatri Devi??
Gayatri Devi was one very independent and inspirational lady. One of the world's most stylish royal lady but always insisted she was ordinary.
Now if the show does take any inspiration from the life of Gayatri Devi, it will be very interesting in how this is portrayed onscreen by the star cast.
