Sleeping beauty Part 19

RK saw Madhu sleeping in the bed.
"What happened to Madhu today?She did'nt wake up till now".
Dadima came from behind with Krish.
"Madhu is having stomach pain.That's why she is sleeping".
"Stomach pain?Did you give her medicine?"
Dadima smiled.
"No need of medicine.Every woman faces it.Anyways i will make break fast".
"No Dadima.Today i will make breakfast".
"You?"Dadima was surprised.
"Why not?"
Dadima laughed.

RK went to the kitchen and took vegetables.
"I got the vegetables.Now i will have to chop it.Oh!"

He struggled hard to cut the vegetables.

He made the breakfast.
Dadima entered the kitchen.
"Dadima...where is Krish?"
RK asked.
"He is sleeping in the cradle".
She saw his breakfast.
"RK...let me taste it first.Then only you should give it to Madhu.I'm scared".
RK was embarrassed.
Dadima tasted it.
"Not bad.RK..your attempt is successful".
RK smiled.
"May be because you made it specially with love for Madhu".
"What are you saying dadima?"
Dadima smiled.
"I know that the breakfast you made was for Madhu.Madhu is not feeling well.So you want to take care of her.Right?"
RK smiled.
"Dadima..Madhu must have woken up.Let me serve her the break fast".
"Ok",Dadima said with a smile.


Madhu woke up from the bed.She looked at the clock.
"Oh!It's already 8.30.I'm so late.I will have to make break fast".
RK entered the room saying "No need.I have made break fast".
RK pretended to be very serious.
Madhu was surprised.
"You made break fast?"

"Yes.Why do you have doubt about it?Only women can make break fast?"
"Nothing like that.I just asked".
RK gave her the break fast.
Madhu ate a small piece.
"Surprisingly it is really tasty RK.Thank you".
RK smiled.
"Actually it was my first attempt.I'm glad that you liked it".

Dadima entered the room.
"How is RK's break fast?He made it specially for you".
Madhu was surprised.
"It's tasty",Madhu replied.
Dadima went away with a smile.
"RK..is it true that it was made for me?"
RK just smiled and went away.
Madhu smiled.

RK,Madhu,Krish and Dadima went to Shimla.
Krish went to sleep.
Dadima said,"Krish has fallen asleep.Now you both go out and enjoy".
Madhu was uncomfortable with the idea of going out with RK.
"Dadima..but.."
"I will look after Krish.Don't worry".
Madhu could not say 'no' in front of Dadima.
Madhu and RK went out.
They heard loud music from the pub.They looked at each other.
Without thinking twice they both got inside the pub.

RK and Madhu watched them dance.
"Madhu..do you love dancing?"
RK asked her.
"Ofcourse.No doubt.I just forget myself while dancing",she answered.
They lost their control and started dancing.




They enjoyed a lot.
After the dance RK and Madhu laughed at each other.
"So funny.Right Madhu?"
"Yes RK.I really enjoyed dancing here with you".
"It was a rocking dance.Right Madhu?"
"Yes and you know..i really enjoyed your company".
RK and Madhu smiled at each other.Suddenly they became serious and had an eye lock.
They broke the eye lock.
"Let us go back RK.Dadima and Krish are alone".
"Ok.."
RK and Madhu got out of the pub.
They reached home.
Dadima was trying hard to manage Krish who was crying.
"Krish!"
Madhu ran towards them and took him in hier arms.
"Krish woke up and started crying",Dadima said.
"Don't cry baby.."Madhu tried to comfort him.
RK took the baby from her and pampered him with a lullaby.

Krish went to sleep.Madhu was surprised.
"RK..you are amazing.Even though I am his mother i could not manage him.But you managed him so easily".
Dadima said,"RK is Krish's father.So he could manage him very easily".
Madhu's face became dull.RK noticed it.He became dim.
Dadima continued,"You know Madhu...RK used to sing this song to put you to sleep".
Madhu was surprised.
Dadima went away.
Madhu looked at RK.He was very serious.
Madhu went towards him.
"Thank you so much RK".

He looked at her.Slowly he smiled as he never expected her to say that.
She became emotional.
"You did so much for us.But what did i do for you?"

RK kept smiling.
"You are staying with me.What more do i need Madhu?I feel very happy when you are with me.I need only your presense.That's the most important thing for me".
Madhu looked at him emotionally.
