Chapter 4

RK's POV

My dad suddenly declared my marriage with my childhood enemy Madhubala, I was just going to say a big No when that stupid girl said with a loud "No ways!!" I felt a relief in my heart... That she too felt the same way which I felt... "Yes she is right..." I said quickly, may be it was the first thing where our decisions are same!! "What do you mean Rishu!!" My mom said when replied "Yes!! I won't marry her..." I looked at Madhu irately when she too burst out "Yeah! Yeah.. Even I don't have any interest in you..." I rolled my eyes... But hold on!! What she said, she hadn't any interest in me... Hmm!! She's the first girl who said that, impressive!! "Rishu!!" I snapped out from my thoughts "Mom!! Shall we talk about this at home??" I gritted my teeth & soon took a leave, as I couldn't tolerate this anymore...

I walked inside the house furiously, mom dad followed me "What's wrong with you two?? Have you gone mad??" I asked with pissed off, & ran my fingers through my hairs... "Rishu!! What's problem in it??" My mom asked me back.. Problem!! Problem is Madhubala... "Mom you know I don't like her since childhood, then how could you fix my marriage with her??"

Madhu's POV

Marry with that idiot Rishu, no ways!! I simply deny it when my mom pinched on my hand & I looked at her "What are you saying??" I just rolled my eyes "Are you become deaf, I said No!!" Meanwhile dad was giving me a murderous look but I ignored it, "Mom!! Shall we leave now??" I said & got up from my chair when I saw him walking out from the premises, I once looked at Kundra family & soon I too left...

I throw myself on sofa & saw my mom & dad walked in angrily & stood there staring at me "What?? Don't give me this look!!" I snapped... ".. And do you think I'll let you do what you want??" I glared at dad & in a relax way I replied "Of course!!" I could see dad's fuming face but I'm not ready this marriage at any cost... "Then fine!! Padmini from tomorrow she's not anywhere, no college, no outing.." Dad burst his anger out, I quickly got up from sofa "Dad that's not fair, you know what's my dreams are.. How can you stop me??" "I'm not doing anything darling, you! Yourself stopping this.." Dad replied.. Oh god!! Why they are behind me, I looked at mom!! Only she's my hope, I walked to her & hold her hands "Mom!! Please try to understand.. I want to study.. Please dad!!" I pleaded but dad didn't give me a damn look & left the place.. I looked at mom, oh no!! My eyes are wet, am I crying?? Mom walked to me "Madhu!! Look, I know you don't like this.. But sometimes we need give a space to ourself, yes you used to hate him but at the same time you liked him, did you remember how you got upset when he didn't play with you, yes he made you cry but at the same time only he made you laugh Madhu... I believe there's something between you, but you don't want to see it.. Madhu he's your friend, if you marry him you will not be unhappy my dear, he understands you... And in a relationship understanding & trust is more important than Love.. Love can happen anytime no!! Think about it Madhu... If you marry him, I believe you will not regret anytime..." Mom leave me alone, I know mom is right, but there's nothing between us except one thing & that's HATE... But mom's words were ringing in my ears "Err!! I need a fresh air..." I grabbed my car's key & took a leave...

RK's POV

After getting fresh, I was practicing my dialogues when I heard door's cracking voice, I saw mom walked in "Rishu, are you busy??" Oh no!! Not again, I know mom came to convince me, unwillingly but I shook my head... "Rishu can I ask you something??" I again shook my head "Do you love someone else??" Oh mom!! What rubbish you're talking.. "No mom!! There's nothing like that.." "Then where's the problem to marry Madhu, she's beautiful, talentant girl.." I rolled my eyes, "But I don't love her mom.. Love is important you know!!" Mom put her hand on my hand "Yes!! I agree... But it can happen after getting married also.. Spend some time with her.." I know till then I won't say them yes, they will try to convince me so I just said "Mom!! I need some time think.." My mom smiled & leave my room saying "Take your time.."

Madhu's POV

[P]I was driving the car, when my phone rings, I looked at screen, Trishna's call is coming.. Aww!! Trishu I really need to talk with you.. I connect the call with Bluetooth "Hi Maddy!!" "What Hi.." I sounds really upset, & I think she guessed "What happen darling!!" I narrate her everything... "Wow!! That's cool, you are going to marry a Superstar!!" I gritted "Trishu!!" "Okay!! It's good that he also doesn't want to marry..." I rolled my eyes as I didn't get anything good there when Trishna continued "Look!! You both don't want to marry then I think you should say him your condition.." What a stupid thought... ".. And do you think he'll agree?? What else he deny it??" I asked.. "Then the problem automatically solved!! Look, if he deny it that means he don't want to marry you & somehow he surely convince his parents, then his parents tell this to your parents & problem solved..." Smart girl, I'm impressed "But do you think this will stop there??" "What do you mean??" She asked back.. "I mean if he deny to marry me then dad will search some other guy.." I said sadly as I know my dad very well.. "Maddy you have brain, use it ya!!" Yes, that's right, I've brain then why should I take advise from her, I hummed.. "Okay!! So you are saying I should say him everything right??" Trishna hummed, I talked few more times with her & cut the call...

RK's POV

No ways, I hate Madhubala, I don't want to marry her but.. But my mom dad have so much expectations from me, what to do!! RK think, use your brain dude... Just then my phone rings, "Madhubala?" I whispered & received the call "Yeah say!!" "RK I want to meet with you!!" I looked at the clock, it's almost 10Pm, I asked "Now??" "Yes, can you come??" She asked, she seems tensed, I wondering what's wrong now.. "Okay!! Where??" "At Marin Drive, I'm waiting come fast.." She hang up the call.. Now what she wants, okay!! Let's check, I grabbed my car keys & took a leave from my house...
