Biwi...maine to bittuji kaha tha tumhe qayanat ke (dont know how to spell word) hi dikha de...bahar bhi main parde k ander bhi..deewana karne ki bhi had honi chahiye...
So he knew that biwi has started full ghayal in his love thats why he said...why not he was luking so dashing in black and that spikes hairstyle...
