Opposite attract, lets see if Rishab and Madhu become close now and if Sultan accepts his opposite in personality as his wife, Muskan is worried about it, when she asked him today and also previous update that reassurance was actually a way of finding out whether he would mind when they reveal that he married Muskan and not Madhu.

Twins always swap as a lark, and Madhu and Muskan spoke after they met the brothers and Muskan said I prefer the older brother Sultan, that's when they decided to do it, they could have done it with everyone knowing by speaking to the parents and the guys too, but it wouldn't be fun if they did it that way so they did it this way as a private game.
