I voted for Sultan as not only the character Sultan but also the actor Avinash is equally irritating. I used to watch his first show Chal just for Abhishek as Abhi is my second favourite actor after Vivian and there also Mr. Rekhi was equally irritating, i stopped watching Chal as soon as Abhishek left that show and felt very happy that i don't have to tolerate Mr. Irritating anymore but i have to tolerate that person again in MB for my Vivian. So, no doubt my vote for Most irritating goes to Mr. Rekhi aka Sultan.

Exactly, all the three were irritating but the award for the most irritating actor ever will go to Mr. Rekhi i think.
