I m just asking it becos i saw it... & felt so many resemblance to this story...
Its also abt the hero having an uncanny power to talk to ghosts...oijha board stuffs... Well, thats common... We have seen in HW movies too but one scene in particular made me doubt that the director might have read ur story...
The scene is in one song the hero will help a ghost & his family by saying where the property papers were there & he will show it behind a huge photo frame...
Dont that scene look similar to rk madhu helping a lady Nita to get a property & they even told the password for the locker??
Okay i just want to say ur story came to my mind while i was watching the movie in cinemas...
