Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon fans are seasoned campaigners on twitter. For a month they have been trending # Colors Save Madhubala EIEJ worldwide. The show was scheduled to go off air on July 12th but received an extension till August 9th. Fans are determined to save their show and hopeful that the extension for the month would become permanent. Alas Colors TV is quite deaf to Madhubala fans demand to keep it on air. Despite thousands of protests on twitter, they still bullishly published a promo of their new show Udaan. If it's any consolation to fans, the time has not been determined for the upcoming show. Due to the content of the show, it may not be considered primetime material. So it may not replace Madhubala at 8:30 PM on Colors TV. We did hear that Uttaran is under the scanner again. Perhaps Udaan will replace the long-running and underperforming Uttara at the 10:30 PM slot as the time is much more suited for its contents. Hope Colors TV heeds viewers demand.
