Ok,so this is what happened!
Madhu makes her medical test and it shows she has not been raped.She is shocked.So what really happened in the night of the rape.When Madhu was on the bed and begging Raja not to do it,she felt she was gonna faint(from fear or whatever)and she felt unconscious.Bhanu was listening to everything and he heard Raja who in that moment become little bit sober yelling "Madhu?...Madhu?...Madhu?..."and he was shaking her to wake up...He wanted to get up but he slipped in the dark and hit his head to something and felt unconscious.Bhanu heard the fall and the dead silence after that and decided to look inside(we forget here about the locked door),and because this happened right away he assumed that it didn't have enough time for anything to happen so that's why he looked.He turned the power on,he saw them both and thought "Oh this fool,do I always have to do everything?Plan B!"He took this thing for sleeping and put a towel under their nose so they don't wake up,put Raja on the bad and messed up Madhu's dress.He left...Madhu...wakes up the morning,thinks she has being raped.Raja wakes up with a headache from alcohol and the fall,don't know what happens,but if it happened,well,she's his wife(his attitude should change in the next episodes)...
