So what you think will work. I am going with fake it will have more scope and in debth story.

I am going with first option. madhu likes raju beacuse he is innocent & pure-heart person. If she'll comes to know that he was faking his illness then she can hate him also.

He can get cure and refuse to accept madhu

keep him forever in a clown costume... it goes well with his personality

Earlier I was of the opinion that he should not fake. but the way he was staring at JM yesterday made me rethink. I mean what if he isn't ill and is faking as per the directions of AK. May be AK convinced him that he too had reasons to fight against JM. But then now seeing her conviction and supporting and loving thinking that he is ill, he starts unknowingly falling for her. But then truth is revealed and JM hates RK but he keeps her with him "kyuki gudiya tumne to mujse do baar shaadi ki he..pativrata patni ka role karo.."

Shahi though I lk his innocent look..
