I can see why they have crafted Raj like this... Yes VD has his own hits and misses and the direction is a lil shaky but completely from a story point of view(this week), you can see that RK is being constantly mentioned but still when you see Raj, his antics, his scenes, one is clearly able to see past the look-alike issue and be gripped by the character, sometimes its unpleasant to see him, sometimes he is cute,innocent,etc..
And secondly coming to DVD chemistry, this script (,again uptill now) has provided them a chance to altogether create a completely different type of chemistry very unlike their RM chemistry which I am frankly liking it...
No one really knows what will work with the audience cuz the show is a sinking ship.. It is at its lowest.. Honestly am very very wary of it picking up but the team is making an effort.. So kudos to them...👏
Just cuz their RM chemistry created wonders once upon a time doesn't mean a repeat of the same will guarantee TRPs... I definitely feel that an altogether completely different sort of treatment needs to be given to the Raj-Madhu story- I am liking their interactions, the way a bond is being forged... They need to take it slow.. gradual build- up of their story..
They cannot completely focus on Abhay revenge and his tactics but simultaneously explore and unravel Raj's character, develop Raj-Madhu relationship, alongside Madhu also evolving as she learns of her parents and stuff... A holistic approach is needed..
