I'm thinking when Madhu took her red bag from beside the bed the inhaler which Raju was using before he didn't slip it properly into his own bag which was on top of the bed it fell into Madhu's satchel at the bottom and whilst she is sitting on that bench having run away she will look into her bag and find the inhaler and realise if he runs a bit he gets short of breath so she needs to go back to give it to him, she will arrive in time to save him.
