Kishwer part of Sagar Pictures' Akbar Birbal

Sagar Pictures is all set to produce a historical comedy for BIG Magic.

As per a reliable source, it will be a mix of funny versions of Akbar and Birbal's life.

It's tentatively titled Akbar Birbal.

As reported in the media Kiku Sharda currently seen in FIR and Comedy Nights With Kapil will essay the role of Akbar. However, we've got the other characters too.

Here is the list...

Vishal Kotian of Shri Aadi Manav fame will essay Birbal while Delnaaz Irani currently seen in Jee Le Zara will play Akbar's wife Jodha. She will be addressed as Rani Saheba.

The list does not end here as the gorgeous looking Kishwer Merchant currently seen in Madhubala will be seen as the dancer in Akbar's court. She will be in love with Birbal.

Furthermore, Paritosh Painter and Balvinder Singh will creatively head the project.

Interestingly, Vishal, Delnaaz, Kishwer, Paritosh and Balvinder are also a party of the play titled See No Evil Hear No Evil, Speak No evil, Hear No Evil'.

"Yes, we are a gang. In fact, all of us including Kiku have worked on various projects together," said Vishal.

He further went on to add, "This will be the first historical comic show on TV."

Kishwer and Delnaaz confirmed their presence but refused to comment any further.

Producer Meenakshi Sagar said, "Yes, we are producing Akbar Birbal for BIG and we will go on-floor soon."
