Madhu smiled at Shaina as she walked into the mansion, she was sat in the hall with relatives gathered around. She greeted those whom she knew and settled beside Shaina listening as she talked with her cousins.

"So what will you do if you both argue one night?" Natasha questioned since they were curious about Shaina and her type of love.

"Well... I probably wouldn't have sex with him for a couple of days" she grinned, earning laughter from the others, Madhu smiled faintly shaking her head. Typical Shaina.

"Madhu what do you do when you argue with your husband?" Anita suddenly turned her attention to Madhu since she was the married one here from the girls their age.

"Tell her" Shaina nudged chuckling already.

"Well... He's got the sofa for the night"

"Till he apologizes" Shaina added. "Even when she's at fault" she started laughing now.

"Well I'm right always" Madhu defended.

"Hey RK" Natasha waved smiling at him almost seductively.

"Hello ladies" he nodded looking at them all taking the empty seat beside Madhu, his legs almost touching hers. She shifted uncomfortably though hiding her emotions well from the others. She didn't questions to arise.

"RK what will you do? If you were argue with a girlfriend or your future wife, how will you handle it?" Nina asked, all them turned their attention to him looking at him curiously, half of them already imagining their place as his wife.

"What I do best" he winked at them.

"What if she refuses and walks out to sleep on the sofa like our Madhu here?" Anita questioned pointing at Madhu.

"Hmm..." he turned his head looking at Madhu, their eyes locking for a brief moment before he turned his head to the girls. "I'd join her on the sofa and seduce her" he replied teasingly. "My wife that is" he added smirking.

"Would you apologize?" Natasha questioned.

"Rishabh Kundra doesn't do apology, even if he was wrong" he stated firmly.

Madhu swallowed thickly turning her head away from his direction.

"Would it be wrong to say you sound so hot?" Jennifer chuckled, her cheeks growing hot.

RK laughed shaking his head. "Thanks darling"

"You're welcome babe" she laughed.

"Bro did you come here to flirt with my friends?" Shaina asked annoyed.

"I might've" he replied playfully.

"Shaina let him stay" Natasha spoke up getting supportive nods from the others.

"They want me to stay" he pointed.

"So they could get in your bed" she muttered quietly earning giggles since a few of them heard whilst RK was oblivious.

"Anyways back to the topic" Anita clapped her hands. "Next question for you" she pointed to Shaina. "What if he hurts you? Like not physical but hurts you with his words"

Shaina pointed to RK. "Though I doubt it but Bro's there"

"Madhu you?" Nina asked.

"Why are you asking me for? It's Shaina's wedding so ask her all the marriage questions" she groaned, she knew his eyes were on her and he was curious and continued to stare at her intently however hidden from the others.

"Because you're the married one from here" Pooja replied.

"Well go on" Shaina nudged her. "Plus it'd be a tip for me. Think of a time where Karan might've hurt you?"

Madhu swallowed hard, she wasn't going to ever disclose such a thing to them. "He hasn't ever hurt me" she lied, she couldn't share such a personal and close topic with any of them. No one knows what she'd gone through and no one will ever know.

"What? Is he some kind of saint?" Jennifer frowned "Seriously in the 3yrs of your wedding he hasn't ever hurt you?"

"No, we've had our little arguments but he hasn't hurt me so badly like you mentioned" she responded.

"It's believable" Nina spoke up. "Karan is too sweet to hurt our Madhu like that"

"True, a little too sweet" Shaina laughed.

Madhu smiled faintly refusing to meet their eyes, she felt his eyes on her, she glanced for a moment and looked away as he stared so intently yet seemed so oblivious.

"I'll be back" she told them standing to her feet.

"Where are you going?" Shaina questioned frowning in disappointment.

"I'd forgotten my phone, Karan might call" she'd lied, her phone was in her jeans pocket, they nodded and she walked out heading towards the outhouse.

Coincidentally RK's phone rang just as she walked out, he excused himself and walked out to the large garden answering his phone. Once he finished he turned to head back to the mansion when his attention drew to the outhouse, he recalled her lies, she was hurt by Karan, he could instantly tell, she was hesitant first and her voice didn't sound as confident as she seemed. She's been hurt by him. He mused. But what exactly did Karan do? He walked towards the outhouse wanting to check on her, he climbed up the stairs since she was nowhere downstairs, knocking on her door a couple of times he didn't get a response, he turned the knob and opened the door slightly, he frowned in confusion seeing Madhu leaning against her bed cuddling a cushion to her chest, she seemed to stare into space as if thinking about something, her eyes glistened with tears. He wondered whether to walk in or leave her alone, he stepped inside sighing heavily and cleared his throat. Madhu turned her head abruptly and frowned seeing RK.

"What are you doing here?" she chucked the cushion and climbed out of the bed.

"I was just passing" he lied. "I thought you came for your phone?" he questioned.

"Why don't you cut the crap and stop acting nice?" she clipped out. "Why are you really here?"

"Since you want to know, I'll tell you" he responded closing the door behind him and leaned against the wall with his hands behind his back. "When did he hurt you?" he questioned.

"What the hell are you going on about?"

"What you heard" he replied firmly. "You lied to them but I know you Madhu, a lot more than my sister" he added.

"What do you know about me huh? You don't know anything, we shared nothing, it was sex! Simple f**king sex!"

"I know you cuddle with your teddy, I know you hate anything French, I know you hate football. You like indian food the most, you prefer home-cooked food instead of takeaway, you're jealous of your own brother because he was the oldest, you love swimming, especially on hot days, you enjoy the beach" he started speaking surprising her. How did he know all this? She'd never mentioned any of it.

"How do you know?" she questioned. "Actually why do you even know all this?" she changed her question.

"It might've been just sex before, it'll be different this time" he responded instead. "I want you Madhu" he moved away from the wall approaching her.

She pressed her hands against his chest shaking her head. "Don't you simply understand RK? I am married! Married!" she repeated for emphasis.

"Married but not happily" he replied stepping back. "Back to my earlier question, when did he hurt you?" he questioned before she could speak. "Why?"

"What happens between me and my husband is none of your business" she snapped.

"It is when it involves the woman I want" he responded sharply.

"Just get out" she stepped back turning away from him. "Leave me alone RK"

"That's the problem Madhu" he moved closer till he was now standing right behind her, her back pressed to his chest, she tried to move when he snaked his arm around pressing his palm flat onto her abdomen holding her in place. "I won't leave you alone" he whispered softly in her ear. "I won't stop till I have you Madhu"

"Why are you doing this?" she cried softly, Rishabh Kundra was ruthless and determined when he wanted something, she knew it as well, tears filled her eyes and slipped down her cheek.

"You'll find out once you're mine" he replied softly kissing her behind her ear, she pressed her eyes closed fisting her hands by her sides, he stepped back turning and walked away. She slumped onto the bed clutching the edges tightly, she wondered whether she should return back but then Karan would be suspicious and he'd know RK was the problem instantly, Shaina would be hurt if she left as well. She regretted even agreeing to come with RK, he'd planned this but then he hadn't known she was the woman he was meeting with so when did he plan this? She mused.

RK poured himself a drink as he leaned against his bar, he looked at the drink smirking, each thought of his seemed to consist of Madhu and only Madhu. He threw the drink back groaning as the drink burned his throat, he poured himself another clean shot and tossed it back. You're going to be mine, Soon. He promised himself.

He hadn't ever thought this chance meeting with Madhu would release the memories of their past, he hadn't thought the desire to have Madhu would increase now after all these years, it only took one day for him to decide he wanted her again and he was going to get her!

Past

"Where are we?" Madhu questioned climbing out of the car staring at the farmhouse type of place he'd bought her.

"Let's see" he walked over to her side, slipping his arm around her waist pulling her closer. "We're here to eat each other" he teased.

"Very funny. Is this the holiday farmhouse Shaina talks about?" she questioned curiously.

"Nope, this is my safe haven when I want to escape" he replied.

"And you bought me here?"

"Well yeah" he nodded shrugging. "I needed a place to escape with you, since our houses won't do" he teased. "Unless.." he paused. "You'd like to go back to your place and have sex there with your brother in the house"

"RK" she smacked his chest frowning, he only laughed in response walking her inside.

"Do you want to eat something first?" he asked as they walked inside, she'd just finished her classes so she could be hungry he thought to himself.

"Yeah" she nodded. "You" she winked.

"That is a very nice answer" he responded, turning to face her completely, she stepped back playfully, his arm slid around her waist pulling her till she was pressed against him.

"I'm quite hungry" he whispered.

"Me too" she responded softly biting her lower lip.

"Don't do that" he groaned pressing his forefinger to her lower lip and pushed down gently releasing it from her teeth. She pressed her eyes closed when his nose pressed against hers rubbing gently, she swallowed thickly, he kissed the corner of her mouth teasing her. She gasped softly when he pressed their lips together pulling her close and pushed her against the wall, his hands gliding along her arm till they stopped at her tiny hands, he laced their fingers together pressing her hands against the wall.

"What do you want Madhu?" he tugged her lower lip, a groan escaping from his throat, her petite body pressed against his reminded him of her body entwined with his, it reminded him of the warmth, the way she'd wrap her long legs around his waist begging and moaning his name, the thought itself had him burning in desires.

"Tell me" he whispered kissing her jaw.

"I want you" she whimpered moaning when he cupped her breasts, he fondled them atop of her top, squeezing gently. She rubbed her temple feeling a headache coming on, she felt her insides churning, and she was like a weak rabbit about to be preyed on by a lion.

She jumped when she heard something outside of the bedroom, she walked out looking around, she stopped at the banister and looked down, RK was there with another woman. One, whom she hadn't met; She watched as he touched the woman's cheek smiling at her, she swallowed hard when he cradled the woman's cheek drawing her in, her eyes widened when he looked up staring right back at her as if he knew she was stood here, he looked back at the woman despite knowing she was watching he closed the distance between them and kissed her hard right in front of Madhu.

Madhu stepped back sucking a harsh breath, she turned and walked back inside her room closing the door behind her and locked it. Her hands fisted to her sides, her eyes burning, her heart hammering inside her chest. Why was she hurt for? Why? She questioned herself. What he did or does with others shouldn't matter then why did it hurt now? No. She shook her head. I won't let you affect me RK. I won't let you win!
