Morning- One bottle Water. 5 water soaked Almonds.
Breakfast- Egg white sandwich, small idlis, medu vada. When I am on diet, I prefer protein shake.
Lunch- Homemade vegetarian food. Roti, vegetable and Dal.
I am careful- Need some Ghee on Chapatis. I prefer to brong all spices from my hometown Ujjain.
Addition with the meal- Salt Chach.
Evening Snacks- Fruit or egg white sandwich. In addition, cashews, almonds and digestive biscuits.
