MB 1 was a masterpiece - not all the way but until sultan track.
The lead actors had chemistry, screen presence,
The cvs and producers were at their best
The dialogues were phenomenal
All good things came together to make a classic love story.
The wobble started when the story line suffered, actors who had no screen presence were brought in (referring to Sultan and his never ending track) I was then watching only for DVD.
The leap is taken me in a time zone that is irrelevant in soaps. Ok so accepted
I am a great Dd fan and decided not to give up watching for her and trying to keep a very open mind.
I am also willing to give Gunjan and opportunity. I will not bash him or his acting within one episode. My understanding is this is his first serial and he has to be nervous trying to match THE RK.
However, I will not excuse the cv,s or production house for messing up tracks and repeating almost the whole of 2013 fiasco.
Patience has a limit.
Again I will watch for DRASHTI. She is absolutely phenomenal and slips into all characters effortlessly. Gunjan time will tell. And if MB 2 fails I will never point my finger at him and make him the scapegoat. After all TRPS have been falling all last year even with DVD.
But MESS up the track I will stop watching and will wish Drashti all the best for a better opportunity.
So here is hoping for the best!!!!
