Epilogue Rishabh Kundra Weds Madhubala Malik
was the sign placed outside the big and luxurious banquet hall.
Rishabh was standing with Sikky when he saw Madhu coming down the stairs in her bridal attire. In the red and silver lehanga she was looking so royal. RK couldnt believe that this is his Malik whom he used to irritate and argue and fight. He could feel all his surroundings blurring out and only Madhu stood in focus of his vision. She came to stand in front of him and smiled, but he was lost in her. He couldnt believe that how he could be so lucky as to have Madhu standing there as his bride. He came out of his thoughts when he felt her turning away from him. Suddenly his heart got filled with fear and anguish. He certainly didnt like Madhu turning away from him.
"Come on Bhai... Its time for the rituals... I hope you are not planning to stand here and admire mam whole day..." Rishabh realised that its time when Madhu would be his forever and he enthusiastically proceeded forward.

Madhu and RK were now standing on the stage and greeting the guests as they one by one came forward to bless the new couple.
" Ahmm... So may I stand with the beautiful lady " Ria heard someone's voice from behind her and turned to look at her.
" Of course.. You may" Riya smiled as she saw Sikky standing behind her.
" ahh that smile... " Sikky said keeping his hand on his chest making Riya blush with wide eyes.
" So.. How'd you like the preparations.. "" Yeah quite impressive.. RK has really left me speechless.. Though I doubted him at first... I felt his choice would be too boring and Mature" Riya giggled at the last sentence.
" well you were ofcourse right... It was me who came to the rescue" Sikky said bowing his head slightly.
" AaHhh credit snatcher...! " Riya said teasingly.
" You know you must spend some time with me... I would show my talents then..." Sikky says playfully as if getting offended.
" Ohho... I like the confidence... We'll see Mr. Sikander "" wow... does that mean like we are dating?" Sikky says getting excited
" wowowowo... wait a sec... You are too fast "" well actually I dont like to waste time like bhai..."" I cant believe you are RK's brother" Riya says getting amused.
" I would prefer to take it as a compliment "" He is such a gentleman... while you seem to be quite a flirt" Riya widened her eyes at him trying to tease him.
" Well... I should be given a chance to show the gentleman inside of me"Just then Srishti come to her mumma. She looked like a doll in her white and pink frilled dress.
"Mumma... I was searching for you..." she said pouting her lips.
Riya looked at Sikky and smiled teasingly at him as she thought that he must not be aware of Srishti and would now back off.
" I am sorry baby""Who is he?" Srishti looked at Sikky with a frown.
" He is Rishabh's LITTLE brother ""Rishu didnt tell me about him!" Srishti said getting offended and frowned.
" He was busy pampering you na... Because he loves you alot ""I know" she said non chalantly.
" I am also your mumma's friend by the way.. Did she tell you?" Sikky said as if enquiring seriously.
Srishti's eyes widened with shock. "Mumma... You also didnt tell me"
Riya was taken aback as at the sudden onslaught. She knew how offensive Srishti could get.
" Dont worry she must have forgot... Actually I came here to have friendship with you... will you be my friend Srishti" he extended his hand forward.
" yes i will..." Srishti said confidently and shaked hands with him.
" Well before it slips off my mind... I must really tell you that she really made me fall in love with you right now.." Sikky said that way too seriously to be taken as a joke and he took Srishti up in his arms while Riya was shocked to hear him. She just stared at him in shock as she saw Sikky walkin;g away with Srishti in his arms.

RK and Madhu were greeting all the guests. Madhu was really delighted while Rk was waiting for all these formalitiesl to end and they both go in the privacy of their room.
" Ohhoo Biwi.. when is it going to end" Rk whispered to her getting anxious.
Madhu turned to look at him delighted.
" Biwi??" Madhu asked confused but she felt a current run through her body hearing that from him.
" Yeah... We just had those never ending rituals right... That make you my BIWI" Rishabh said as he winked at her.
" oookk... As you say Pati..."Rishabh looked at her amused.
" Ahaan Biwi... your competition wont end even here... "" Nah... Madhubala Malik never stays behind"" ohhoo My Jungli Billi is still in action...I thought you would become Pati-vrata Patni after today..."Madhu smiled at him.
" By the way... Its Madhubala Rishabh Kundra now..." RK said as he turned to look in front again, while she blushed profusely hearing him.
"Ohhooo the two love birds are not even getting time to look at us now..." came familiar voice from one side.
Both Rk and Madhu were stunned as the voice hit their ears, they sharply turned to the direction of the voice. There stood Sultan and Trishna smiling at them. They did look older and more mature.
Their jaws dropped in surprise, while Sultan and Trishna came forward and closer to them.
" Oh My God... You both... Are you really here or i am dreaming " Madhu exclaimed in disbelief.
" Really... I just cant believe you are here... ""Yeah.. But we are here..." Trishna said excited.
" This is the reason I love you so much Madhu... You just take care of everything... You made this occasion really perfect " Rishabh turned towards Madhu getting emotional while Madhu looked at him confused.
" Come on RK... Dont act so sweet... You invited them and giving all the credit to me... " Madhu looked back at him lovingly.
"Oh hello... wait a sec both of you... Stop giving each other credits... It wasnt either of you... It was Sikky who invited us. He told us that you both are getting married and obviously we couldnt stop ourselves then..." Sultan interrupted.
" I love my Brother..." Rishabh said as he hugged Sultan while Madhu hugged Trishna.
"Both of you didn't evenn remember us. What a shame..." Trishna said teasingly.
" I really need to apologize here Trish... but everything was so fast that we couldnt... " "Okay.. Now dont give the world's commonest excuse here..." Sultan interrupted.
" Yeah... dont give excuses RK... " Madhu said frowning trying to escape herself.
"Somebody has got the guts to have a tongue..." Trishna teased her.
"Well we also need to give you both some news..." Sultan said shyly smiling.
" We are all ears..." RK said seeing him shy away like that.
"Actually We also couldnt invite you to our wedding..." Sultan started but stopped midway seeing their expression.
Rk and Madhu's jaw dropped open. They sharply turned to see each other and then looked back at them in wide eyed shock.
" By 'our' Do you mean both of yours.. like together.. "" Each other?"Trishna blushed while Sultan smiled. "Yeah.. together... We married.."
" Hell... when did that happen? ""4 years back" Sultan said smiling widely now.
"and you are telling us now... " Madhu frowned at him.
"Actually everything happened so fast.." Sultan says grinning cheekily.
" Dude you hurt me..." RK said getting emotional.
"We are really sorry... but we couldnt contact both of you... You just got lost somewhere... " Sultan defended.
RK and Madhu realised that incidents that occured in their lives had really made them iisolated and its not much of his fault that he couldnt contact them.
" Well leave it... Congrats both of you... but how did that happen... I dont remember anything fishy going on between you two" Madhu asked curiously.
"Well as you must be remembering... We two used to call each other day in and day out to sort out your's and RK's tussles so we had got quite a hang of it. Then when we got out of college and your fights were not there so we also couldnt talk to each other. Then We realised that we got in a habit to have to be in touch. And personally I really missed talking to Trish. So I just called her one day and it just went on like that and then we married." Sultan was smiling widely by now...
" wohhoo Congrats Bro" RK said as he hugged him again.
"Well let me introduce you to..." Trishna turned to see around the stage " Hey get him up.."
RK and Madhu curiously looked around. They saw Sikky sitting with two kids. One was Srishti while other was a cute boy. Sikky brought him and Srishti to the stage. Madhu was by now smiling in excitement as she understood whom Trishna wants them to meet.
"So RK-Madhu.. Meet my hero Aryan..." Trishna said proudly.
" He is your son?? " RK looked at Sultan astonished while sultan nids his head smiling proudly
" oh my god... the day is full of surprises.."Sultan grinned hearing him. Madhu by now had started pampering Aryan.
" Hello Aryan... We are your RK chacha and Madhu chachi" RK said as he took him in his arms..
" No Aryan... I am Madhu Mausi and he is your RK mausa..." Madhu said tweaking Aryan's nose.
Rishabh looked at her confused as if she said something totally amiss.
" Its not Madhu mausi and RK mausa... Its Madhu chachi and RK chacha" RK confidently corrected her.
" Why would it be that... Its got to be Mausa and mausi" Madhu said firmly.
" Biwi... Sultan is my best friend... " RK said in a clipped tone.
" Trish is my best friend AND was MY ROOM-MATE " Madhu says getting offended.
" Are you planning to have an arguement over this... Come on.. Its Chacha-Chachi and thats final "" You are fighting with me on our wedding day... are you going to be like this... ""OH MY GOD!!!" Trishna said as she and Sultan looked at them in wide eyed shock.
"Are we having a flashback?" Sultan says bewildered.
Madhu and RK turned to look at them.
"Listen both of you... we did say we missed to sort out your fights butbthat doesnt mean that we can do that even now... Now we have got a lot other matters to discuss about" Sultan said firmly.
Madhu and RK looked at him and then each other and then burst into laughter.
"Its really a flashback..." Trishna said moving her head side to side.

Madhu and RK were now in their room. It was decorated beautifully. RK saw her fidgeting with her dupatta.
" Biwi are you okay? " Rishabh asked her getting worried.
Hearing his voice filled with love, care, worry and passion all the fears and nervousness in Madhu's heart just vanished away. She looked up at him and smiled brightly.
Rishabh smiled back at her relaxed seeing her smiling.
" You may change to something comfortable..." RK said to her..
" amm.. yeah... i think I should..."Madhu walked towards her suitcase and got her dress.
" RK..." she calles him nervously
" yup"" can you go in the balcony " " why? " RK asked her confused.
"Actually I wont be able to take this heavy clothiing off in washroom "" ohh that ways... then you should not go to the washroom " RK said thoughtfully.
Madhu smiled at him as he started to move to the balcony, but he moved forward and sat on the bed. Madhu looked at him confused.
" what happened?... go on... change "" you were going to the balcony right?"" Nope... I didnt say that... I said you should not go to the washroom"" but... " Madhu looked at him confused.
" what happened BI..WI... " RK said teasingly.
Madhu suddenly realised what he meant to say. She looked at him shocked.
RK got up from the bed and walked closer to her. He came so close that his breath was now touching her forehead.
" I havent yet been able to take that towelled figure of yours out of my mind..." He whispered to her while Madhu blished profusely.
RK moved even closer to her and his lips touched her forehead. She looked up at him. She could see his passion filled eyes that screamed that he wanted her. She couldnt take her eyes off him. The passion from his eyes poured into hers. He bent to her and took her lips in his.
The kiss was soft and caring in the beginning but soon it changed tobthat of hnger and passion. They kissed each other hungrily and discovered a whole new world about each other the all night.

3 years later " Biwi... we need to be faster... Srishti is gonna kill us if we get late..."" yup just done... " Madhu says as she comes out of the room hurriedly with a kid in her arms.
" oh my son is looking so handsome... all the girls are gonna go flat..." Rishabh said as he took Rohan in his arms while he smiled proudly at his father.
They walked out of the house.
"Hello Bhai where are you... Srishti has just asked me about you for 13th time... " Sikky said getting anxious
"We are here... " RK said as they entered the school premises. It was Srishti's annual day and she was having a performance today. She had been adamant that all need to be present during her performance.
"Thank God you arrived on time..." Sikky says as he turned around to find them "Lets go to her first" Sikky said getting relaxed. He had also been a victim of Srishti's temper though it was only him who was able to handle her most easily.
They walked to back stage and found Riya sitting with Srishti and explaining something to hervwhile Srishti just looked at the door. As soon as she saw them she smiled widely and ran to hug them.
"Rishu you are late..." she complained.
" Sorry Srishtu ""Its okay... " Srishti smiled back and kissed Madhu.
" Wow.. I am the one saying sorry and you are kissing her"" Yes because I am good girl like Srishti" Madhu said sticking out tongue at RK.
Srishti's performance went great and she even won the 2nd prize. She came running to Sikky and Sikky picked her up in his arns and gave her a big kiss.
"My daughter is the best..." Sikky hugged her tightly.
"I am..." Srishti said proudly and then giggled at herself.
"Ohhh here comes my lady love" Sikky said as he saw Riya hurrying towards them. She kissed Srishti who was still in Sikky's arms.
"Even I am here..." Sikky said gettin offended.
"Shut up Sikky... Its Srishti's school.." Riya glared at him.
"Well she has no problem... Right Srishti..." he winked at Srishti...
"Yes mumma... I dont have any problem... " Srishti said innocently.
Madhu was now standing behind them and she burst into laughter hearing Srishti.
"See di... Its been 2 years since our marriage and he is still not ready to grow up.." Riya said trying to avert the topic on Sikky.
" well... Never grow up Sikky..." She teased Riya even more.
"haaa... team Sikky is increasing day by day..." Sikky said getting impressed with himself.
" Nah... I am still team Riya... " RK said as he came with Rohan in his arms who was eating ice cream. RK handed another Ice cream to Srishti abd she excitedly took it.
"I wanted my friends to meet Rohan" Srishti said as she licked her ice cream.
They let both the kids down. Srishti held Rohans hand and took him to a group of girls.
"This is my little brother Rohan" Srishti said proudly to her friends who were clearly impressed.
"Hello" Rohan said shyly smiling as he remembered his father saying that girls would go flat on seeing him.
"Dont touch him..." Srishti glared at one of the girls who was going to hold Rohan's cheek, and she immediately took her hand back.
"Dad... we need to go... I want to show this trophy to dadi and Malik and Nanu..." Srishti said to Sikky in one breath as she came back running with Rohan.
They all went back to their house. Srishti ran to Malik.
"See Malik... I won the 2nd prize..." Srishti said smiling widely as she forwarded him the trophy.
"Ohh wow... I knew My girl would win..." Malik hugged her taking her close in his arms.
He had came out of the coma 2 years back in an unexpected turn of events. At first he couldnt accept that life around him had changed so drastically. He wasnt able to accept that life had moved on in its pace leaving him behind. But then he accepted it slowly. Srishti's presence had always been a solace to him. It was a new experience for Srishti too as all her life she had seen Malik lying on his bed and not responding to anything around him. She was used to just talk to him and never expect a response. So when Malik first responded to her talks it was a strange experience for her. Butbthey had both accepted each other.
After RK and Madhu's marriage, they had tried to persuade Padmini to stay in RK mansion but she plainly refused. Then Malik woke up a year later and after that Riya and Sikky got married. With their marriage it was almost impossible for Malik and Padmini to refuse the proposal and they had to shift to RK mansion. Life had become easier for all of them.
Dadi was the happiest person as she saw both her grandsons having the most beautiful lives and everything that she had dreamt for them. And with Malik and Padmini in the house she always felt close to Mohan and Radha as all four of them were friends. She sometimes remembers those days when Rishabh used to come back from office with tales about his new employee-cum-friend Madhubala Malik and how she used to think that she could be the one to change her Rishabh's life. And now she was more than correct.
So Biwi... Is this what they say Happy Ending? Rishabh asked Madhu as he sat beside her on the swing in front of their pool.
No... This is what is called Happily Ever After ----------------
