Will he have the affair to recapture his youth?

I don't think so the way he took his hand away quickly when he realised he was touching her, and also when he put his hand on her he was thinking about Madhu's success and grinding his teeth.

I'm not saying in real life that men don't have an affair for this very same reason, to recapture their youth and be carefree, but I'm saying if they go down this route they will find it impossible to redeem RK's character, the situation now is audiences believe he is to blame for Madhu losing their child and he wants to get with another woman and have an affair and later on Madhu is supposed to forgive him and the audience will be okay with that, no chance, so they are going to use this carefree adventurous girl to show RK that he is not that same person to enjoy those pursuits, he longs for them, but he has changed his a grown man and though they initially appeal when he does them, they will no longer fulfill anything in him, in fact I'm thinking his conscience will be bothering him during this time, not because he is spending time with Ria, but because of the period Madhu was pregnant his behaviour towards Madhu during that time, so I think it will be a realisation track, that he doesn't want these pursuits anymore and that he was to blame for the loss of the baby.

So even though he wants to recapture his youth and be carefree, he will realise he is a married man after all, were he to want to divorce Madhu then it would be different but they won't do that I'm sure about that and this girl is unmarried plus if he touches her she will be his responsibility thereafter too, compounding his problems to have two women. So that's why I think it will be just a realisation track for both realising his hand in the miscarriage and also realising he doesn't want to be such a free spirit.

What does everyone else think about this will he take the plunge to have an affair or not?

Actually i don't really know what RK will do.he already threathened Madhu today. I really hope he won't do something he regret later.also during the unwed drama RK and Madhu weren't married properly.this time i don't think divorce will happen. This girl will use him for her motives and Rk will be left alone. Also i will stopp watching MB for a while.

RM have had many a good moments...After his downfall and one problem after another RKs mind is filled with negativity ..firstly towards himself, his situation...then of course now Madhu...

So that's why I think it will be just a realisation track for both realising his hand in the miscarriage and also realising he doesn't want to be such a free spirit.

Hope what you mentioned happens exactly...and he realizes how much he is bound to Madhu from within...not just habit of biwi...or living with someone.. Realization should come...Would also like to see him struggling but taking steps to rise up from where he had took a fall in his career...so that he does not feel again that Madhu is being God to him ..and again ego problem..

I thought that RK will realise his mistake after the unwedding snd he won't hurt Madhu again.but he didn't.

If they show him not applying the brakes here and go ahead with the new girl, then it's not possible to redeem him. That's why they need to use this time to make him reflect and finally change him, the business of acting like a spoilt brat, jealousy and ego everything. I did think perhaps the new girl as an actress right and remember what he told madhu when he kissed her forehead and top of her hands that the junta don't see the girl in any of my films they come to see me, the girl can be a good actress or not it doesn't matter, I'm thinking the CV's are planning for RK to take this new girl in his next film under his production banner and the film won't do as well as the first film where Madhu acted in it, thereby showing him that it does matter the actress and there is only one Madhu, and when he tries to blame the new girl she will tell him also the same that's only when he will realise everything Madhu did for him in the first film and when she said I will take the burden on my shoulders, he was feeling jealous rather he should have been sincerely grateful to her. She did a job, took all the stress from Pabho and him and never got paid not a single cent for doing the work. All to save his face.

that's a short way of saying remembering the days when he was carefree and didn't care about the law and abiding by it, this girls diary is showing him that she drives recklessly and loves living on the edge, the danger of it, instead of me saying all of that every single time, you replace that with in his youth and it's covered, as that's what he did earlier on in life.

I know he said "you will pay for this, you sacrificed my child for your dreams". This new girl is an actress too, in the reply to anitarani above I've put what I'm thinking RK's next film at his production house is going to be with the new girl, but his hoping to show her perhaps releasing on the same day as Madhu's film something like that, to show her that he is the bigger star maybe, then his flops and hers does better at the box office, then he realises that it does matter who he takes opposite him in his films to the junta.
