He was uncomfortable and hurt at the response from everyone at the premier, and when he got home the switch on and off the light just like before, when Dipali talked and he realised that the movie being heroine oriented meant his star was burning less bright and Madhu was at her ascendency, Dipali does know RK more than anyone, more is the pity and RK said to Madhu when she said I can't read you, and RK is telling her you should be able to more then anyone, anyway Dipali can read him like a book, perhaps she has a similar personality or more intelligent etc but with RK she knows him more then Madhu does.
RK is trying to not be that person and his saying the right things to Madhu but with a bit of sarcasm also I felt in the bedroom that had me rofling š¤£ He says "I'm saved because of you, you've saved this house our lifestyle had you not done this movie our whole lifestyle would have been at an end". Madhu had tears in her eyes and was trying to say you don't need to thank me, for a minute I thought she caught the sarcasm, that's why she had the tears because she understood what was smarting him so much about the premier and how the movie has worked out, but she didn't as she was hugging him after he cleaned her tear, but he had the calculated smirk on his face (it was looking great, VD can really do well with this sort of script, like before when he was pretending in their intimate scenes, we saw that again today, he hugged her and the smirk and the look was as if to say "now I've fixed my problem", he knows Dipali is right but he won't admit it to her of all people, but he is seeking to manage his emotions of jealousy and keep wearing the trousers in the house, he fears that Madhu will become the breadwinner, hence she will wear the trousers. š.
What fun today, also what was happening downstairs later, he reverted to saying the film won't be a hit despite the evidence to the contrary already his witnessed so far, and when Madhu was looking at the tv and giving him the juice, and not paying attention to her wifely duty, his like is this industry more important to her then these household chores now? Also upstairs Madhu, I could bash her on the head for saying it, she said to RK "What gift, another film" (he was thinking the same then too) š² I'm sure she meant it lightly as he said she has lost her sense of humour and she was trying to have a light conversation with him, also because she didn't catch the sarcasm she made that unfortunate comment, because it's penetrated in his brain also that "hmm this girl has been bitten by the fame bug she likes this going to premiers and being adored by lots of fans, and the baby is even secondary to her" it was immediately refuted what he was thinking when she was happy with the gift he was giving her to accept their new family starting, but I'm thinking they (CV's) plan to exploit this further with the new behind the scenes video when Madhu's happy with more positive reviews from media sources, again he will think "yes she is liking this world too much and the household chores are no longer appealing" it's all building up to when she loses the baby and for him to tell her all about this and blame her excitement of the film industry as the main reason the baby didn't live.
I'm thinking the baby won't live not because of what he thinks but because of the stress factor she is under and also Pabho perhaps will also be slowly poisoning her with little edibles that cause the miscarriage. She's not calm taking rest and staying happy.
