Rk is so labile in his thought process right now that its not even funny. I dont think he himself knows what he wants or beileves to want any longer. He cut down the budget when the movie become heroine centric coz he believed it would bomb at the box office then why is he worried about the world getting to know about Madhu's pregnancy considering he has alreqdy decided the fate of the movie before he even knew Madhu was pregnant.
What I feel is that he has no faith in Madhu (all his words seem absolutely hollow) and himself (because he is there in 60% of the movie and that in itself should be enough to pull the crowd. Rest the story and heroine would work take care of if the public likes it). That is the reason he is forever ready to give up on everything. His life (in the past) and now his baby's life too. Everybody else and their feelings be damned.
The only think he has faith in is alcohol whoch faithfully will ensure his bankruptcy by making him depend on ot amd take such crap decisons without trying and also give him guaranteed cirhossis of liver.
He talks about professionalism but he is being unprofessional of the highest order.
Ishq EK Junoon becoming a hit would make him a successful producer but he has been pathetic at that role takeing brash spur of the moment decisions at his whims and fancy. He should be thanking his stars for that because he is doing everything possible to be roadblock to his own success. He felt the need to hasten the release before Madhu started showing up. Well pregnancies and tummies have been hidden for months together in BW . Its not something unheard of. and even if he doesnt want to go through that route for his own unknown reasons then Why not use those 12-13 days to promote. The press doesnt know about the baby and she is unlikely to show so soon. Give it your best shot
In a way I am gald Madhu is being defiant and fighting for the baby because frankly speaking given his recent track record and flip flops, RK's judgement and decision making capacity cannot be trusted. Who knows the rate at which he is going about blaming her and calling her selfish even if in anger ( though I think he does believe it as of now) once the movie is a hit he might blame her for not fighting him enough to save the baby 😕
