The expression could be read as fear, shock or that of accusation. But I won't be surprised if Madhu suspects RK. When she could doubt him of pushing her off the stairs, she can do anything. She is stupid, does not realise RK just does not want the child at this point of time ( right or wrong is a different matter) but he loves her so much , he will never try to harm her. He was the one who kept stopping her from doing the scene in the first place!!

that's a very very interesting thought yaar,what I want is madhu to confront RK after loosing the baby and call him murderer and challenge him that she will prove to be a better actor than him and now she will climb the stairs of success and will destroy like he destroyed her happiness,RK's been acting extremely foolishly all deepali's doing that's the most pathetic part he has no idea how much he's hurting madhu so madhu should do the same to him by destroying his career doing films of her choice on the name of her child,and yeah madhu will leave rk mansion too and will punish rk,he deserves that.
