What I think is if the ladoos are going to play a major role then it can be like this-

Paabo feeding those ladoos to Madhu and she'll get little pain but will ignore. After 48 hrs, both of them will go to the doctor and she'll inform them that child has already aborted. Madhu's suspect would go strong and later... SEPARATION...

Havent watched the epi jst read the wu...and usse padke aisa lagraha ki rk ne abotion ka date fix kardiya hain.waise i feel both of them are corect in their place...rk's not sure with the future so dsnt want the baby and madhu being madhu the emotional wants the baby at all cost...so i would just say bhavnao ko samjho yaar.
