Sorry for ditching you all...but my laptop went for repairs for almost 3 months and then when it came back, I had lost my writings...so had to type them all again and post.

N E W U P D A T E
Madhu had been in Manali for 2 weeks now. It was freezing cold there and she was shooting 14 hours daily. Every morning, she got up by her alarm called RK. He used to call her and wake her up every morning. They talked all the while she dressed up and left for the shoot. On the way and in her vanity, her Bluetooth was constantly tugged in her ears and she kept on chatting to him. He muted her occasionally when he went for some work or meeting or he wanted to go through the files and stuff.

"I did 3 scenes today...1 left..."

"I had 1 meeting...and have to go for an event..."

"RK...how is Maa..."

"Maa is all cool...she gets me lunch daily...coz she feels alone as her bahu is not home..."

"Yeah...Maa and Bahu are an unbreakable Duo..."

"Ahaan...!"

"RK...you know what...there's this fan..."

"Baby...I got a file to go through before the presentation, please can we talk later..."

"Ohh...okay...but Mr. Kundra! Don't dare to forget to call me..."

"Love you sweetheart..."

"Yeah Yeah..."

Madhu kissed her phone, "Love you to RK! Meri jaan <3"

"Crazy woman!", Rishabh grinned kissing her Caller ID Pic. He attended his calls, went through his files.

His secretary, Sonia entered his cabin. Rishabh peered through his project file, pulling down his specs. Sonia caressed her thighs with her hands and bit her lips. Rishabh raised his eye-brow. He extended his lips on one side in a smirk and continued reading. "Sir...!", Sonia moaned seductively. "Sonia, Get me the Files of Project XYZ. Quickly Please!" He heard Sonia groan in anger and tapped her feet towards the desk. "Here you go Sir!", Sonia handed over the file, almost touching his hands. Rishabh pulled back his hands in awkwardness. He got up, while she almost touched his hands handing over his coffee. Rishabh glared at her and she stepped back. "Sir, its very hot. You should pull off your coat", she bit her lip again. Rishabh rolled his eyes, "Where are you Baby, when I need you the most!", he thought. By this time, Sonia had her hands on his shoulders, pulling off his coat. Rishabh pulled himself away free from the coat as soon as possible. He heaved a sigh of relief and blinked his eyes in shock. He quickly dialled Madhu's number and put it on Speaker. Sonia kept moaning and seducing him in every possible way. "Oye! Excuse me Madam!", Madhu yelled from the other side of the receiver. Sonia twitched her brows, "Whose this...", she whispered. Rishabh turned to her grinning, "Someone wants to speak to you...Sonia...!", Rishabh said in an equally seductive tone. Sonia held the phone and switched off the speaker. "Yes?", she asked.

"Trespassers NOT ALLOWED"

"Sorry? Whose this?"

"Madhubala...Madhubala Singhania..."

"Madhubala Mam! I am sorry...I didn't..."

"BE Sorry! Sweetheart! Never again try to claim my property...", Madhubala yelled through the speaker. Sonia was aghast and she turned to Rishabh. He was looking towards the other side of the road, grinning. Sonia cut the call and tapped her heels...angrily outside.

Everything was going fine until the last day of shoot, it was a scene through an avalanche...a song specifically...Madhu had to stand in the snow, with an Avalanche in the background. For the front sequence, Madhu had to do it herself. She was all cool about it and had been hopping around on the sets since the news of the sequence had broken out. She left RK a message that her phone will go unanswered for the day because she would be shooting back to back. RK read the message and just went on continuing his files.

Later that night, he got a very urgent call from Manali. "Hullo...!"

"Is this Rishabh Kundra speaking...?", a lady asked in a soft melodious voice.

"Yes, that is me?", replied RK...

Rishabh hurried into the house. Radha had slept off on the sofa. She woke up hearing him. He looked worried to her. "Rishi?", she asked him. He didn't answer. "Kuch hua?...Rishi...??", she yelled as he slammed the door of his room on her. Radha was very worried now. He came out, with a luggage and his over-coat. "Kahaan jaa raha hai?", she pleaded to know. That's when he heard her for the first time...he looked at her. Radha saw the redness of his eyes. "Kya hua? Madhu theek hai na Rishi?", she asked. Rishabh left his bag and rushed to her hugging her tightly. "Madhu needs me Maa...I have to go! Can't tell you what happened. I myself am not sure...but surely she's not alright!", he cried. "Main bhi chalungi tere saath beta...", she said. "No Maa! Aap kal ki flight se aana! Abhi mujhe jaane dijiye...", he left her free and then rushed out calling his manager.

His senses were not working together. The voice from over the phone, had told him...that "Madhubala Singhania needed him immediately...", that was all he heard. He just threw his files and rushed out of his office, cancelling his meetings and every event...telling his Deputy to take over in his absence. Madhu wasn't picking up his phone. They had talked only early morning, before she was going for her shoot. She told him to not worry, and she was brave enough to be fine by the end of it all. He reached Manali, in the early hours of the next morning. He was taken to his destination by his cruiser which was arranged by his Branch Office of the State. It was a Hospital... Rishabh opened the windows of his car and peeked out. He closed his eyes in fear. His heart started thumping, almost trying to blast off his chest. There was so much media outside which confirmed her presence inside. "Madhu...", he murmured. As soon as the car stopped, he pushed opened the door with too much noise and then rushed inside the hospital. There was hardly any patient, any nurse...or anybody. He walked upto the reception. A single girl stood there. "Madhubala...", he panicked her name. "Yes sir, the 3rd floor!", she smiled. "Room?", he yelled. "Sir you'll find out there", she smiled and then put up the receiver to give someone a call. "What a rubbish hospital they've brought her to...", he gritted his teeth together.

The third floor looked miles away from him. The lift moved with snail speed. Or it was just him who felt that. The lift beeped when it stopped announcing the 3rd floor. The doors slid open. It was very poorly lit. Only blue flash-lights could dimly lit the gallery. At the end she stood, with a bottle of alcohol in her hand. She wore a simple thin vest and a tie knotted around her neck. She had a hat on her head, and her boots reached upto her knees. Rishabh fumed as he realized that this was all a big game by Superstar Madhubala, to lure him to Manali. He turned to leave.

"Ek ladke ko dekha toh aisa laga, jaise Alien sa creature, jaise bhondu se features..."

Rishabh turned and looked at her.

"Jaise, ujda chaman...jaise mann mein simran..."

Rishabh rolled his eyes. Madhu stick out her tongue. "I couldn't rhyme a better word..." Rishabh heaved a heavy breath.

"Jaise bhagwan ka ajooba, jaise kudrat ka Karishma."

Rishabh folded his hands on his chest.

"Jaise idiot box, jaise...Madhubala ROCKS!"

She raised her hat and greeted Rishabh. Jumping off the table in which she stood, she ran towards RK and jumped holding her hands around his neck. Rishabh supported her holding her waist. She sucked his lips tightly.

"So...deal? Kundra...MARRY ME!"

She spoke up. Rishabh smirked. Madhu winked and started nailing him against the wall. "Mother Mary...", thought Rishabh. "WILL YOU??", she yelled. RK closed his eyes and curved his brows. "Why did you make all this hoax news...", he questioned her. "Well...! Actually I just asked the nurse to tell you that I need you! Ab tum uska kya matlab nikalioge. HOW DO I KNOW!", and she winked...bursting into laughter. "You've had it Mrs. Kundra...", Rishabh pointed his finger at her. Madhubala smiled and hugged him. "As you said, MR. Kundra..." Rishabh chuckled softly. "I love you...", he murmured through her hairs. "I love you too Alien..."

She softly pulled the buttons of his shirt and tugged her face inside, for ever.
