He was actually better in last KC when inspite of not loving her then, he did eventually come to break her fast. And now inspite of loving her, she has to trick him.

although he was faking his care in last kc but even though faking it all he make it up for that and accepted that he was wrong and realizes that madhu believes and seeks happiness in small things,i loved madhu than when said to him that tum sorry nahi bol saktay warna rk mein se k kam hojayega but what happened today,she tricked him and deliberately shot for a dinner scene she went home and which hurts his ego and he avenged her by publicly insulting her and than she forgot everything and talked about happy moments,really my head is spinning now.
