I figured you're all probably waiting for RK, but he's coming in Chapter two. So I decided to just get this short first update out of the way since it is needed for the story! Also, thanks for the lovely feedback regarding the prologue. I'll try my best not to let any of you down. PMs will be sent out shortly. Enjoy!

Chapter One - The Contract
The lights flashed on and I found myself staring at the little, chubby man from earlier. Bittuji was the name the superstar had taken.
"Now listen you..."
I glanced to either side of me to see that I was alone. I gave my attention back towards Bittuji.
"...you've been hired to work as my chief's personal maid. This job comes with some rules and regulations though, which should never be broken unless you'd like to face the consequences. You can call him Chief or Sir, but nothing else. Don't talk back to him and don't make eye contact with him. If you try to challenge him in any way, he will make your life miserable. When he asks for something, he gets it, within seconds. You will not be able to leave the premises at any time unless given permission by Chief. If Chief gives you permission to temporarily leave, you do not communicate with any paparazzi and you do not reveal where or whom you work for. Since you're an orphan, you will not be paid but rather be provided with a place to stay and food to eat. And you call me Bittuji. Understand?"
"Yes Bittuji."
He nodded his head.
"There's plenty of more rules but I have better things to do right now. The rest is written in this contract which you are to sign within the next minute."
I watched as Bittuji threw down a booklet in front of me. It took me a moment to realize that the booklet was in fact the contract. Was this normal? How was I supposed to read pages of rules and agree to them within a minute? Was that the catch though...? Not letting me know what the rules are so that I can get caught in my own trap and end up fired whenever they want me fired?
"You have thirty seconds before I snatch that away, in which case you will not be hired."
I quickly flipped to the last page of the contract and found the place where my signature belonged. I signed it without knowing what I had agreed to and closed the booklet. After all, it's not everyday you get a job which provides you with a home and food at the same time!
I watched as Bittuji snatched the contract off my table.
"Your room is in the hall to the right. You have ten minutes, then Chief wants to see you again."
I quickly nodded my head while Bittuji made an exit from the room we sat in.
I got up and left the room myself. I turned to the right and entered the only room I could see in the hallway. As I entered, I found myself in awe at the size of room I was being provided with. It was five times bigger than the one I had been living in before this job opportunity. I let a slight smile cross my face as I dragged my suitcase into the room. I stopped in the middle of the room, did one spin, and then let myself fall down onto the comfortable bed behind me. I let out a sigh and closed my eyes. This room was mine. It felt nice knowing I finally had a place to stay outside the orphanage, even if it meant I had to work for some arrogant superstar.
I was never big on Bollywood films, which also meant I wasn't big on actors. I had seen a lot of fan-girls in my lifetime and I knew for a fact that I was not one of them. That was probably one reason I was hired so quickly, that and also because I requested no paycheck.
Knowing that I was working under superstar Rishabh Kundra, or RK as they call him, didn't really have much of an effect on me. Yeah sure, he wasn't your everyday ordinary actor, he was different, but that didn't matter. In fact, all those fan-girls had no idea what the real RK was like. After basically being interrogated by him, my entire opinion of him had changed. He was nothing like the Raj' or Rahul' from his films. He was the complete opposite.
That didn't make a difference to me either though, because I knew there was no way I would ever get close enough to him to be effected by his behaviour in any way.
I planned to stay away; because you know what they say...there's nothing wrong with fire, until you get too close.
