Article-Shamsher aka Bhupinder in new show

Cinevistaas Ltd's big-ticket thriller drama titled Daag for Star Plus has finally gone on floor. The show as we know, has been in the making for nearly one and half years. The thriller with a very different concept has Vatsal Seth and Sanjeeda Sheikh in lead roles and is slated to launch sometime in November 2013.

While Simone Singh and Ayub Khan will be playing pivotal roles, we have heard that Amit Behl and Bhupinder Singh have also been roped in to essay important roles. While Amit Behl will play the strong character of being Ayub Khan's financial advisor, Bhupinder who was earlier seen in Yeh Pyaar Na Hoga Kam will essay the role of Sanjeeda's father. Ayub and Simone play Vatsal's parents.

As reported by media, Kishwer Merchantt will also be part of the show.

When contacted, Amit Behl refused to comment. We could not get through to Bhupinder.

We also dropped a text message to Producer Siddharth Malhotra, but did not get any revert.
