Looks like cvs realized that having the lecherous villains photo in the room is equivalent to having live dead pan expression king sultan in the episode . The photo is enough to evoke same amount of disgust in viewers mind.
So can I dare hope we will see only photo in coming episodes instead of sultan the god sent villain with hidden motive hidden in a girly dupatta or hideous hoods scaring the children and adults alike
