Why beat around bush and still find faults with rk to justify sultan .


You can clearly state that you like villain sultan and would like him to be a permanent member of the cast And madhu to be paired with sultan , End of story .. No amount of rk reasons will justify sultans stalking , threatening , harassing a married woman forgetting to have gratitude that she saved his life twice . Rk is not the one only one who suffers here , it is mAdhu who is traumatized .
Avi's character is only associated with mAdhu so his statement that show name is madhubala and it has to be about her makes sense for him and not necessary that all have to agree to him .

HI Imdiva, Nice post! finally one neutral post about the show!!!! I agree with you the show name is Madhubala and it has to be all about her.. I think Current track is about her thoughts and her struggle.

You are right off course from the shows I've watched the hero does go through a transformation and the traits of being arrogant and the attitude they lose that as the serial progresses, with RK we see some transformation after he fell in love but VD does act with hate very well, so they tend to go back to that whenever possible when dealing with other characters apart from Madhu who he loves, but now with this divorce even Madhu won't be spared, so all the transformation has been wiped out, but I feel before the serial is done they will have to be a change in RK's character.

Other day I saw Nafs post about using wrong clips for the promo for this track.. Somehow I feel there is inner meaning to use those tracks since RK is the one who pushed her away from him with un wedding track and pushed her towards Sultan at Chawl wth his Shaque when she started walking towards him.

Yes, RK deserves to be hearbroken to realize others pain and he started showing those signs with this track.

This is purely my opinion and no bashing of any actors or chracters!!!

I would like to disagree respectfully to your post...as you have clearly as said that everyone's entitled to their opinion.

I would like to draw your attention to Sultan's so called 'love' for Madhu and its comparison to RK's behaviour towards the same woman.

Sullu has named his obsession for Madhu as love...yes obsession and an extremely unhealthy one at that...because the object of his 'affection' is a very happily married woman and he is trying to destroy her universe for his own satisfaction.I think after watching romance being depicted in all shapes and forms on tv/movies we know that you can never deliberately harm(physically) the person you love and in today's epi we see Sultan threatening to hurt Madhu with a knife.I know people will say that he didn't...but that's beside the point...that he could bring himself to hold a knife to his 'love's' throat speaks volumes of his character and not in the good way.He may have been wronged in the past but if he was as noble as I initially thought then he wouldn't have pursued RK for his father's misdeeds...because RK didn't have a part in it. Initially he was in RK/Madhu's life to restore his mother's dignity in the society...but that was clearly a cover for his ulterior motive to destroy rishbala and forcefully gain Madhu. If the CVs reveal a bigger reason behind Sultan's actions(for example the unwedding drama) then I'll retract my statement but for now there's nothing to empathise with in Sultan's character.

Coming to RK's agression,betrayal and pain inlficted on Madhu...yes that was unacceptable I agree.If the forthcoming heartbreak is his comeuppance then I will make peace with it...however I cannot compare RK's love for Madhu on the same note as Sullu's.For starters...when RK betrayed Madhu he made it clear that he never loved her and had toyed with her emotions to break her heart but Sultan betrayed his 'friend' because he 'loved' her??!! really??!!
Have we ever seen RK hold a knife to Madhu's neck and scare her???NO NEVER...he held it to his wrist threatening to harm himself if Madhu left...because he knew he mattered to Madhu.I don't in any way condone this act of RK...to coerce someone to act against their wishes...but i brought this in as an example to show the contrast that is now clear between the hero(RK) and the anti hero(Sultan).

Hi Hema and others, I understand your frustration about the current track. As a MEIEJ lover and not Sultan hater let me put across my points to like this track.
