In fact used to love when MB BBBed RK both after the first wedding and after the unwedding. This despite the fact that I am an RK fan. But that does not make me blind to what the character is doing on screen.

Yes, but I have also maintained that MB's character has been shown to be fool hardy & impractical - one who doesnot know the meaning of the phrase look before u leap.

& most of the problems in her life are self invited - first she went for a fight against a superstar & then befriended a gangster.

Principles are Ok but they have to be tempered with common sense.

that's the point Shruti...end never justify the means...RK wanted to avenge his insult but the means that he employed for the same were totally wrong..abs nothing cud justify his despicable act...but yes , I believe, he maintained a certain level of decency with the woman and we cannot ignore the good things which he did , along with the bad even in the revenge mode...a 360 degree perspective wud also include Madhu's actions which drove the whole love/hate story..that is conveniently ignored n justified

When RK himself admitted that he was wrong & he doesn't have any explanation/justification for what he did, who are we to justify him? we always talk in the context of the serial & when Madhu forgave RK, we are nobody to question her judgement...whether or not she was victimized, whether or not she is/was being abused, I think she's intelligent enough to judge...She has specifically pointed out that after unwedding, she never stopped loving RK...
